The great managers make this place. Trey and his wife are good people who efficiently run this place and keep it up to snuff.

This is my second time renting at this location and my experience is phenomenal. Diane & Dave both are polite , professional , & make the process super easy !!! The paper work was easy to understand . I even received a token for returning there . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This location is great, Melanie the Clerk there was exceptional, very helpful and sweet. We had mistakenly reserved a truck over near St. Johns Bluff/Atlantic. Most terrible service ever. DO NOT go there. The man was rude, he was on personal phone call and let us wait for 5 minutes and then said 'well, this is gonna take awhile, couple hours.' Jesus, we had reserved a truck and took a day off, it wasn't like we just dropped in. I was frustrated and angry. Then we came to this one on St. Johns Bluff/Beaches. Luckily Melanie was able to get us a truck the same day and was very sweet and helpful about it. And we got everything moving and didn't waste our day off. Thank you

I never had an account there but my wife do and have for many years and she say that she hate the service there.

Nice facility, reasonably reliable alarm system on all units, cordial employees, BUT, they do have a severe rodent problem. They have taken steps to counter this problem but unfortunately the damage from this rodent infestation has been suffered..................

Good storage place. A little too anxious with late payment penalties and confusing due dates.

I have had storage units with U-Stor on several occasions. They are the nicest, cleanest facility I have ever used. Great customer service and with 24 hour access it suits my needs.

Diana and Bill they are great and helpful as well. I am glad i am renting the storge at this place. I would rent again .

Decent but make sure you take into consideration that it's obviously not climate controlled if u planning on storing for awhile. Cloth materials will grow mold and leather can be ruined if you don't air out often. Prices do go up which I wasn't informed of when signing up, not by much but still.

Been there 4 months now almost 5. No problems and I love the people. Great service, they work with you and have great prices too and live on the place also

Worst place to get a uhaul. Reserved to pick up after hours with their app and they didn't even bother to prepare the truck. I had to wait till another store open at a diffrent location to get the truck while paying movers. This reservation was set up in advance during normal business hours so they had time to prepare. Wasted my time and moneu!

Great staff and service! Once I was getting stuff out of my unit with my teenage children and when we where leaving I told them to shut and lock the unit. Well they forgot to. I know, I know, my fault I should have done it myself. Anyways, the staff realized it had been left open. They called me to let me know what happened and ask if the lock that was sitting in the unit was the correct one for the door so they could close it and lock it for me. A+++ Service!

I ve had my unit for 20 months. Very secure and clean property. Professional owners. Thank you for protecting my goodies! I appreciate you.

The customer service is awesome I recommend everyone to visit this storage location the employees are great, very nice, polite and honest. They keep this place clean and safe. Quiet honest I can't see my self renting anywhere else even if it was less money. This is something that people that rent storages should know who can you trust?? I can gladly say that this particular stablishment rocks because theyr employees make it happen. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work .

Great place to store my travel trailer. Easy in-easy out on St. John's Bluff. Managers do a great job watching over the rentals. Safe and secure.

NOT happy. Was told I could park my truck at their facility in order to drive my motorcycle to and from work or just ride. Was told no problem and drove for two days, on the 2nd day got a phone call that I could not leave imy truck there. They offered me a bigger facility at more cost. My truck would not fit it. Using their facilities just for my bike. There was room in the back but was told no room yet there was truck parked for two weeks not moved and not at rental space. Won't use them again.

This place was awful. The witch in the office HEATHER was extremely rude. There's two storage units right next to each other so i didnt know which one to go to, so i called she answered the phone so i asked which storage place it was, she was very smart mouthed. When i arrived at the place i wanted to pay cash for a uhaul. She told me this is a storage unit not a uhaul store, so instead of getting my card out of the truck the way she acted like i didnt have any money i just decided to leave something didnt feel right not to mention that place stunk. I went to where i usually go even if it was alittle further. If you want a uhaul don't go to u stor go to uhaul on beach and st john they treat you wayyyy better......

My trailer was broken in to while parked there. The site manager, at the time, assured me that the gate the thieves broke in through would have the U hauls parked in front of them and would be locked at all times if they weren t moving a U-Haul truck. The new management company constantly left the gate open, did not park the U haul trucks in front of the gate and left keys in a drop box they attached on the outside of the office instead of a key slot into the office.
My trailer got stolen when two criminals broke the key box off the wall, took a set of U-haul truck keys jumped the fence and hooked up my trailer. They drove to the front gate and spent about 15 minutes prying the gate open and drone away with the U-haul and my work trailer. There was no alarm or anything to let the on-site management know something was wrong.

24/7 availability, payment via credit card, and they don't bug you unless it's necessary.

I dont know why i have a storage place. My mom past away i call here to get price she was very nice over the phone. I was to upset to go through my mom stuff so i just put it in storage. I love going in the office once a month.. office smell so good and it's clean. Very nice people to work with.. They only see me once a month but know me by name when I walk in the door.. I love to chat with them but I have my kid in the truck so I have to pay and go. Best place to go to put your stuff in Storage..

I needed a storage unit quick and near by. Ustor was available the price was what I could afford. I'm out of state now and still making payments. You guys for the last year or so keep jacking rents often. I'm on S. S. I. And it's hard to come up with the high rent.

Rented a UHaul truck to pick up large items from a store. Very clean and the staff are friendly.

Exceptional managers on site...easy access and great location for my needs.

Terrible place! I was deployed overseas and they auctioned off my all my things. I lost all my career memorabilia and documents which is priceless to me. They contacted my brother about payment and he explained that I was gone and provided them with my card info to pay for the unit. Bill assured my brother that my things wouldn't be auctioned but 2 weeks later they sold my things off. This totally unacceptable!

The people that work there are very friendly and I always have a great experience every time i visit I would refer any body I know to defiantly rent a storage from you guys .

Wonderful place! Moving is so stressful. Diane made the process that much easier for me. She was polite, professional, and friendly. This place went above and beyond to work around my schedule and was even able to help me make last minute changes so I could move even faster. 5 stars for the family owned and operated business!

It was great. Diane is the most professional and courteous person I ve ever dealt with. (I am in E43). She has the sweetest personality.

I do think. U-stir should offer clients who remain and pay on time additional discounts. Maybe additional 1/2 off or 20% off fir 3 more months.

Rudest people in my entire life, do not rent a U-Haul from them do not rent a storage unit from them unless you like attitude and rudeness that's all you get!

Diane and Bill are amazing! We rent several storage units and several parking spaces. They are always very helpful by making access very easy and they address any concerns that we may have immediately. We also frequently rent U-Haul s from Bill and Diane and we find that service outstanding as well!

I stored a few things there about ten years ago and got such good service I went back for the same reason. If anything, their service and prices have gotten better. I took advantage of a special they were offering, and began to move a few things in the unit I rented right away. The faces and voices of the management were different, but the quality of service was the same or better as I remembered. The unit was clean and ready for my stuff. If anyone needs to store things for a short time or longer this might be the place for you too!
