Electronic City must improve its online shopping system. Especially nowadays people prefer to shop online than going to the store.
First time using Electronic City app this weekend, it is a terrible experience!!
Not only it is slow --the system is always error, the data input is often missing/not recorded, trouble processing credit card payment, etc.
It takes at least 2 days to place a simple order & more to proceed with the delivery.
Customer service is very slow in response & internal coordination is poor.
Online shopping should be easy & hassle-free but it is not the case with EC Jakarta.

This place has most brand of electronic items from kitchen appliances, personal care appliances to entertainment. Not brands all has its stocks available. Products are displayed according to the brands. Staff are attentive, a few are aggressive, and some are passive. It has a pay-pickup-test system at 3 different counters. As a customer, purchasing experience is not the best. We waited quite a while to pick up our items. It was only we prompted the staff, our paid invoice was attended to. Would probably still prefer to online shopping.

Consider very complete. Price is competitive, more expensive but free delivery. Sales assistance is very helpful and communicative, their product knowledge is good as well. Second floor is food court. Car parking is big enough. Overall is a good shopping/surveying experience.
