Frankly, I was sold a completely false promise of a comprehensive IT solution for my business. The basic fact of the matter was that the teams assigned to our tickets were simply not knowledgeable and could not fix the issues the majority of the time. We were literally sent how-to links from google searches via the slack based communication platform of multiple occasions.

This service is cumbersome and if you have more than 1 device I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Warning - they will attempt to lock you in to a long term contract please be sure to read the fine print. I would be shocked if this company exists in any meaningful way after a couple rounds of contract expirations.

Literally the worst experience I have EVER had with an IT company. Could not fix my issues for days. No updates. Kept claiming it was resolved. Expedited a product I needed AND IT DIDN'T DELIVER ON TIME AND THEN IT WAS THE WRONG PRODUCT ENTIRELY. Repeatedly bad experience. No accountability. Would steer anyone away from them. Absolutely horrendous.

Electric is able to consistently deliver great service! They make the onboarding process for new hires much easier through their Turbine app. We also love their Slack integration for quick problem solving. They respond promptly and resolve any issues efficiently.

They scheduled a call for our company to discuss supporting our IT needs. This meeting was prescheduled, by them. At the time the meeting suppose to start they cancelled the meeting and said they could not support our industry. We purposely blocked off time from 3 employees schedule for this meeting and then it was cancelled with no advanced notice. I would be concerned on the level of attention shows to their normal work practices.

So after my frustration with this process they reached out not only apologize for any inconvenience that we had to also review revisions to there process that they had put in place to immediately to fix the issue had. I had initially put them down as one star, most companies would have chalked that up as one unhappy customer however they wanted us to be happy even though they could not provide us with the services we needed. As I said on the original post about being concerned at the level of attention they provide, there efforts after with issue show they will help and will go above and beyond. Thank you to Seth for taking the time to address our issue.
