Nice hotel, one of the better casinos in the area. Unfortunately due to circumstances the limited menu at hotel restaurant choose to leave to eat elsewhere. But all in all love the hotel

Eldorado is always a pleasure to visit. The staff is amazing and friendly. The food is top notch and the casino is very fun. Can't wait to come back!

Was there 2 hrs and was hard getting drinks. The men got on asap. Need to do better with serving the public. And for Buffett to be so high food was picked over a none put out.

After being turned away from Sam's town i came to El Dorado. Great staff great hotel 3 floor leve casino! Best hotel in Town!! I had a great stayed in this Resort!

We always enjoy staying at El Dorado. The room is nice, beds are comfy and the employees are friendly. We even have pretty decent luck at the Casino. :) We love that they have a floor designated for people who travel with their 4-legged kids, so we can bring our (small) dog with us and not have to leave him at a kennel. He enjoys his stay for free, too. Can't beat that!

Love the 3 levels of slots. Great place to stay and mingle.

They have great events and some of the staff are very friendly.

Good room for the rate, however I am sure there is no such thing as a non smoking room.

Machines were very tight . No one was winning. The food was very good.

The room wasn't clean that good there was empty water bottles and the toilet was dirty I was so disappointed. Update I sent a email and number to yall I haven't heard anything from them

Good Entertainment with great sound and light show. Great food at The Vintage and good variety of food late night at The Grill.

Celebrity Lounge is the bomb! Great atmosphere, drinks, and mixed crowd

Nice place to visit, more than I expected. The only thing is the service is too slow I have to wait more than 30-45 minutes to get a drink. Not good at all.

We always stay here when we're going to visit family in Mississippi from Texas, and have never been disappointed. They are dog friendly which is a huge plus!

We were in a suite, it was very large, and we loved it. The master bathroom had 2 separate toilet rooms, a separate shower and bath. And the mirror in the middle flipped. We loved all of the space that this suite offered. You can tell it's an older hotel because of the old smell in the room, and the decor is dated. But I would stay here again.

The casino was the closest to a Vegas casino of any casino in shreveport-bossier. Staff is wonderful drinks were awesome overall it was a great experience.

Been coming to Eldorado for many years. Not fond of the policy to have dogs come their, unless service dog. The last time it was raining and the lobby going into first floor casino smelled very bad, like wet dogs. Also not fond of new charges and schedule. Would like going back to way it has been.

The hotel is looking a bit dated but it was very comfortable and clean.

You know, this place not like a resort as MGM, but for kill time and spend money maybe ok. Lousianna is a South of the USA with specific attitude.

The casino is beautiful. I didn't try any foods. The rooms are nice and inexpensive weekday(like $50ish). The slots were decent. Lots of selection but when you spend like $100 quick and no bonuses to me its a bad sign.

The location is close to major highways and other casinos, as far as the service goes it was a 3 star rating some of the staff seemed as if they was unhappy to work there

My Folks and I came to Eldorado today 3/27/2021, It was horrible! We waited an hour and a half before we got seated at the restaurant. Then another 40 mins for our food. When we got 2 clubs with fries and a House salad, The fries were cold and the club was cold the toast for the sandwich was so dry. Then when we left to go play a few games more than half were closed. Not one waitress asked us if we wanted anything to drink, some of the games were not taking money or tickes, some of them said door jamed, when you asked for help or let someone know nothing was done. We have been here so much that my Mom is a Presidential status. If this is how this place is going to ve ruined We dont want to go back.

Visited 3 times now, Best table games in town. 2nd best poker room. Best comps! ONLY PAI GOW table in town. Rooms are nice but not "4 Diamond" - wallpaper pealing in guest room's bathrooms around tub & shower. 4 pillows per bed, but pillows have odd bean bag like lumps in the corners - oowh.... New Tournament Director is weak! comes by table before game and says we're starting 15 late, so 6 regulars have time to show up. A player, that was on time, says that's not fair to those that come and are ready, and wants to start... TD says, Yea I can do that and put all 10 of you on one table start and then when they come break up the table... POOR response - he basically said, I'm going to preserve the late players chip stacks and punish those that are here on time and shuffle you around. POOR TD... Leave the tables at 5 players each and drain the late players chip stacks for being late. Simple and effective...

The line is long on fridays but worth the wait very delicious food

Room was nice but was missing the bath floor mat, a towel had holes in it and I only had 1 wash cloth. Woke up to shower with a late check out and wasnt informed it would be or that it was off....

The Vintage diner was fantastic, and waiter is funny and super friendly and attentive. Room was great. Casino needs more customer.

Starting to show it's age. But still a favorite with us. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And they are also pet friendly. They make our Corgi feel like a queen.

Slots arent giving up any money not even on bonuses

Bed broke when sat on...smells of cigarette smoke heavily....machines eat your money up very fast

It's easy to find and parking is free. The area before/apart from the actual casino isn't too bad. Restaurants are alright, if pricey for what they are. The casino itself: staff depends. The worst are lukewarm and indifferent; the best are warm, helpful, and funny. The cocktail servers are good, at least at the tables. Cashing out is easy. The worst part of the experience was the smell. The combination of smoke and the thick chemical deodorant used to mask the smoke are enough to trigger a headache in most. For those who have migraine triggers, it can happen VERY quickly. New Orleans has smoke-free casinos. Perhaps consider those.

A lot of gaming options. The cocktail waitresses could be a little bit friendlier but other than that, good place!

Great bar with amazing live music. Truly recommend for a great night out in Shreveport
