What a relief to find a yoga retreat that acknowledges that asana is only but one limb of yoga. The teachers here are true practitioners who have studied the sutras and bring the depth of their own spiritual practice to their instruction. I don't know much about their root gurus but the teachers I encountered seem to be authentic and devoted to serving others with compassion.
