They have many valuable services of which some I have taken advantage of, each person has been very courteous, and very helpful. I love it's staff and overall ELDER SERVICES. I consider them my friends!

The service is very poor! My aunt had an emergency...
The service is very poor! My aunt had an emergency on Sunday I have been calling her case manager and two different supervisors everyday since Monday, and as of today, Friday, no one has called me back! Unfortunately there are no other elder services in the Osterville area where my aunt lives. And they know it! I would not recommend them!
