I always enjoy going to the Dayton Mall. Its a very nice atmosphere and its selection of retail stores and food vendors is excellent.I had my watch strap repaired at one of the booths in center of the mall. Was quite pleased with the service. We purchased ice cream at small vendors station and it was fresh and quite tastee. The atmosphere was great and the customers were also friendly. I will anticipate my return to the Dayton Mall because it is a shopping experience.

I really wish they could upgrade some of the stores here. It's a decent little mall but the crowds that shop here can sometimes be a little disturbing to look at as well. Still up set that vanity closed. Also wish they had somewhere to shop for people that are taller than 6foot and not big around the waist. I have to go try stuff on and order online to get my size! Defiantly a pain!!

This is a shopping center that was awesome some time ago, but seems to be losing its anchor stores...the parking lot is expansive, but one wonders whether it is excessive (one recognizes the Christmas season to be a peak season to consider). While there is a newish area, probably makes sense to renovate the rest of it...

It's a fun place to hang out with a great variety of stores. But, walking down the halls, you feel like you're being hunted by Indian salesmen. They're unrelenting. If you don't have a backbone, they'll hold you there for at least 15 minutes trying to get you to buy something. Just duck your head and act like you're on your phone, or wait for them to stop someone else, then pass. They're sneaky little rats.

There are so many stores that go in and out of malls. This mall is home for me. I have always been coming here since I was little, and Christmases remembering Santa and all the decorations makes me feel giddy. It might be just a mall, but it hold a ton of memories for me.

For the location, they manage to keep it looking upscale. Parking was nicely laid out too which is pretty impressive since most malls try to cram as many one laners between cramped parking spaces.

The Dayton Mall is trying hard to save itself from being pushed from the lime-light by on-line shopping. Sears is dying and Elder Berman's is closing...yet the mall in in process of renovating and is not giving up the fight! Several malls in the area have withered away to nothing. I am rooting for the mall to survive.

Guessing soon the anchors will start leaving. Future dead mall in the works. To many no name stores, all they need is a church and tattoo parlor.. Show bar across from mall.. Place in major decline.

Places to park, Elder Beerman's open at 7:30 a.m. during holiday season. Polite and helpful salespeople in the stores I shopped in: Elder Beerman's, Macy's, DSW, and eateries Chic-fi-La. Had a wonferful time with my 91 year old Mom, and I am 65. What a delightful experience. Enjoy your shopping experience at Dayton Mall.
