After care is nonexistent...

Steer clear of Elco boilers in my 40 years experience I never dealt with such dysfunctional company there aftercare is nonexistent they boast their parts department holds thousands pound of stock every order I have made 3 to 4 weeks delivery be warned if you replacing don't use Elco boilers.
I've sent several correspondence to powers to be never had a reply even from the MD

Very impressed with the level of aftercare service. We had an issue with no hot water, and were concerned due to having a 6 month old and 2 year old, but the company jumped on it to source the required part fast for a quick resolution. Ashleigh went above and beyond for us. Very grateful.

the sale is all that matters, aftercare is useless...

the sale is all that matters, aftercare is useless and the technical helpline doesnt even exist, 2 hours of waiting on the phone, answer phone messages that keith and phil just ignored (apparently the help), the technical phone lines just get ignored. its just the worst sign from a company when they ignore problems. it certainly is a kick in the face of engineers who are supposed to support these companies. from now on i will fix by replacement when it comes to these boilers because they cant help customers and they certainly are not reliable in any way

Thank you for fixing our Church boiler and your fast response , Tony who fixed the boiler was very experienced and was polite also thank you to Ashleigh who phoned and ask if everything was ok.Very pleased with Elco.

I have to write in and say how excellent the service I got from this company was. I called in with an emergency as we had no heating. I spoke with Ashleigh E/A on the phone (sorry I didn t quite catch it) and her manner the entire way through was brilliant. She was so pleasant to talk to, like a friend. She organised an engineer for same day which I was dubious we would get so quickly. It s nice to receive such positive customer service as it doesn t happen in all places.

I have been dealing with Elco for a long period of time now and their service is nothing short of perfect. Pre sales have an untold amount of knowledge and take time to recommend and give an array of options.
The latest project I ve been managing has had issues along the line but the service department have been consistently accommodating my requests. I spoke with Ashleigh E on the phone this week and she is the most polite and possibly happiest person I ve ever spoken to. Whenever I ve emailed her she has responded to my requests eloquently even though I m constantly having to change the schedule of my project. Actually speaking to her made me realise how hard Elco strive to make their employees the best at what they do.
So thank you!
