I did some courses of a "package" that I closed, but some of them were not as I imagined.
The courses, at least of graphic design, are very fast and end up getting very superficial. The structure is not the best, and the computers I used were always slow. On the phone and at the front desk the service was never friendly.

I went to the company to investigate the JAVA course options. The business consultant received me extremely well and suggested a course package called "Senior Java Developer Training", and spoke so well of course that I sold an El Dorado of computer / programming. Obviously I was super excited. I bought the course.

However, since the first day of school, they have been problems behind the problems behind ridiculous and completely unexpected technical difficulties for a company of this size. First, they sent us a link to attend the class via Skype Web (simplified and limited version of Skype for browser). The program would crash every 10 minutes and the only solution was to close the browser and open it again, missing out on important parts of the instructor's explanation. Consequently, we EAD students had to be interrupting the class every time, to ask for a repetition of what had been explained. The commercial consultant had * promised * that we would have advanced software where we could simulate raising the hand for questioning, alerting the instructor. "It would be as if we were inside the classroom," he said. However, this Skype Web offered nothing of the sort. In addition to constantly braking.

After much insistence on our part, that it was bad, was not giving to attend the class decently as promised, they moved and found a "solution": an online videoconferencing service called "EuNaRede." In the beginning, the class was shown to us EAD students through a camera whose resolution should be at most 240p. The teacher wrote on the whiteboard using markers and it was simply impossible to discern what was happening. The instructor then commented that the camera was really good, and that the only reason for such difficulty was bad internet. But if a 60Mbps fiber optic internet is not enough, I do not know what it is. The contract specifically called for 2Mbps of speed, only. After analyzing the indicators of the videoconference service, I noticed that there were connection problems even ... But there. In the company itself. However, in commenting this with the instructor, I was ignored.

After about an hour and a half insisting on the whiteboard and camera (with lousy reflections of the ceiling light there on the spot, still over), we came to the conclusion that the best way would be for the instructor to share his screen. At the end of the course, these 90 minutes of class were missed, so the instructor had to abandon the last exercise in half. We all left with doubts and left in the void. We then had to again complain with the course administration and press until we got an additional class to compensate for this failure.

The worst of it was that we had to have the same discussion, to face the same insistence that the problem was not there, in all the new courses that started inside the package. The fourth time thereafter, there was a consensus among EAD students to cancel the course. For this extremely high investment value, the MINIMUM to be expected is a bit of consideration to what is said! But as exactly the same difficulties were repeated FOUR times in a row, clearly this was not done at any time.

With this I record my complete dissatisfaction with this company, despite the current fame in the market.

I do not recommend courses at Elaborata distances.
