is the worst thing I have ever experienced. wrong sails and snorkeling tour booked. within 5 nights 2 cockroaches in the "suite" better said in bed. more than a sorry and a spray against ants did not come. Instead, $ 300 ripped off as a late checkout. Reception was only occupied if you were lucky.
Even on an email during the stay came no reaction. the breakfast is included but after the third time you do not know what to eat. definitely not a healthy breakfast neither fruit nor yoghurt or the like.
Prices and performance definitely do not match.

What a great place, not just because the paradise of beach and view, but also the service they do is very good, an excellent lunch with a very personal touch of local flavor, my respects to all employees there and to the management, fully recommend and very safe place. I loved.

The most beautiful Beach on Island !!!Is really near to the airport and Maho beach ...the staff is supper nice and friendly ( always profi and they memorate our order and just ask if we would like the same like yesterday ....this was incredible because is really busy there ) .
The room was nice , clean and always you are asked if you need something or if you don't like something. I recommend this place !!

Horrible service. Good beach though but better to come and visit instead of staying at this hotel.

As much as I want to keep it a secret, El Zafiro is amazing! Great service and lovely amenities. We returned almost every day we were on the island. Can t wait to return.

This is a beautiful place on a beautiful island! I honestly wish I could be teleported to El Zafiro everyday the rooms are so nice & the staff & food were even better. I would definitely recommend staying here too because it s walking distance to Maho Beach & it s in the perfect little spot on the island. The first day I asked Nicole if she could get us a rental car & no lie one was at the El Z in under 20min. I promise you won t be disappointed if you ever stay at the El Zafiro.
