The employees are not friendly at all but the store is fine

A great English Court very large and wide. It has all the necessary sections that include an area to eat. The attention is very good as it is usually in all English Court. Very good quality in all products. It is a good place to shop.

Local Callao, Sunday, many buyers, 1 or 2 sellers per section ... On weekdays the same thing happens. The quality of the products fell, and the customer service was lousy. I felt like I was in a white-label supermarket. Keep it up, it will be the same as the multi Primark ....

Quite disgusted with the telephone treatment of this specific English court. I called on a Wednesday because I had seen a product on the web that I was interested in knowing if it was in that English court to go buy it. On Wednesday I called 5 times, they all picked up the phone, but the first 3 were not able to pass me the appropriate department and the other 2 were unable to tell me if they had the product in store or not, having provided them with both the model as the reference of said product. The next day I tried to try my luck again and it was the same, which happens that this time I was not so patient, at the second call, which is fine, I asked for a person in charge. They passed me with the supposed person in charge who told me that he was looking at the computer and that this product was in that English cut. When I tell her that if she can reserve it for me, I would go to her for that same day that same morning, she tells me that she is not a worker in that English court, that she is in a plant where she simply has access to the products, that is that responsible nothing. A tease.

Good shopping center to make your purchases, the English cuts are always somewhat more expensive than in stores but it must be said that if you ever have to return something they will not give you a single fault for anything, and that is appreciated ... you don't like it ... well, you return it! and no questions.
They are always very clean, there are toilets distributed by the different floors, there are auxiliaries to solve any type of doubt, and they also have security that is always appreciated!

It is not my favorite because the entrance is a bit messy but it has a large supermarket and a gourmet area that is very good with several options to eat inside. It is not like Callao but does the job.

You spend 300 euros and for 15 euros of parking you pay 6 euros ... It is to give back everything!

It's an enormous labyrinth, a temple to consumerism and spending, with an overdone overflow of branding for the rich (or wannabe rich). Prices are always higher here!

I only wanted to pick-up an order made online. It was impossible to find the right desk on my own and it was only after asking the fourth attendant (and having been sent in opposite directions) that I reached it, after more than half an hour, only to find that the order was incomplete. I then had to pay for parking, despite having purchased in the shop.

If you need something, it is likely that you will find it here, it has all kinds of products and sections: supermarket, gourmet products, video games, computers, sports, jewelry, perfumery, stationery ... A catch may be that the products can be more expensive than in Other stores. Usually the products sold here are of good quality.

One of the largest English Court in Spain, you can find practically everything in it. The access to the parkings is through the subways of Azca, so if you do not orientate yourself well with the car and it is the first time, it is easy to get lost, so you better go by public transport.

It is a place with lots of shops and a lot of quality in all of them, but where they see that you do not wear designer clothes and jewels around the neck, they practically want to get you out of there. It seems incredible to me that one day I went with my grandmother to see a perfume for her and that they treated us luxuriously, and the next day when I went alone for an equal for myself on the way to work, almost that I was thrown to the expensive. A shame. However, other centers of the same chain, not so touristy, cater to you wonderfully and any doubt you have will solve it. Much luxury and little attention has this center, a pity.

It is a very large shopping center (perhaps one of the largest in Europe) where you can find the best fashion brands in clothing and footwear, jewelry and accessories. Great sports and technology store, there is everything and very good quality always. It is not cheap, but some offers and discounts also make it attractive.

It's a pretty messy building, not like other centers of the same company. In this it is easy to get lost or not find what you are looking for.

Good place to shop if you have the itch for shopping Branded stuff.. 10 % refund at Airport on going back to your country...(including shopping for food items not consumed but taking back.. Chocolates etc etc.) Make sure to get your receipts stamped at the customer service (ground floor).. Great helpful staff.. Better deals if you also apply for Tourist Pass.. (free of charge) you buy stuff and when you purchase your 2nd item (the 1st item 10% is in your card.. Which you use to lower the price from your 2nd item).. It keeps going on.. But cannot convert it to cash.

For me the best of all Madrid centers, at least the most exclusive. I'm also going to influence the gourmet section of this center as it includes the Okasan restaurant, by Chef Marmol, which offers the best quality sushi in Madrid for my taste. Amazing flavors and very well priced. I just love it!

The fatal fish shop, they gave me hake and whiting full of anisakis. Also, it was not prepared by the one who treated me as I asked, it was fatal.
