someone I know has received 10 messages on his answering machine and it is only in one day! Otherwise they call constantly .. it is direct harassment. If you want to talk to you, you will probably be contacted, in addition to that you must stop calling all the time

Extremely poor customer service. Have written to them several times to get an amority plan over my loan but they never return. In addition, they are not available on the phone, and their loans and interest rates are unpredictable, so you have no idea how many payments you have left. Skod bank.

Rejected application for no reason (even though I ve had an account for over 2 years) no explanation. Customer service is difficult to work with and you can t change your payment credit card once you miss a payment (if for example your card expires) angry letters and phone calls from cs despite me making every effort to fix the problem in a timely fashion. I overdrew my account to pay for my glasses and lost money so I wouldn t have to deal with express bank again.
