MOST OF THOSE WHO WENT TO THIS FACILITY FOR HELP GAVE IT ONE STAR!!!! (Except for those who WORK there gave it 5 stars??!) lol

Why are WORKERS giving reviews? I find that strange.
It could be a conflict of interest and their reviews are best left at a website like the Glassdoor regarding "working there".
These reviews should be intended for people who have an interest in moving to Eisenhower Center where reviews from other patients experience would be advantageous to know about. Reviews from people who live there or whose family member lives there and NOT from a worker who wants to receive kudos from their supervisor. 5 stars from 2 people who worker there and it STILL only averages 2.5 stars? Horrific review score. NOW I KNOW WHY THE EMPLOYEES ARE WRITING REVIEWS! SO UNFAIR!

You re company should really think about implementing a uniform policy. Your staff looks extremely unprofessional. Your a multi million dollar business and your staff dress like their at home and not a business. I highly recommend scrubs which are inexpensive and appropriate for your business. Suggestive Clothing such as stretch material is highly provocative.
Please conduct yourself like a business and you won t get bad reviews.

I really enjoyed being a client here because the staff were very helpful and there were other clients that were nice and staff. It was a place with great food , nice staff and helpful and the staff took us on outings. All the staff are very nice and helpful. I recommend people going here.

Staff are not trained properly to provide quality care to their clients. Client safety is not a priority. Cleanliness is also not a priority. No such thing as infection control. This is a place that I would never want to receive care from and I definitely wouldn't want my own family and friends receiving care from this establishment.

Very unprofessional! It s funny these are the same people to make it seem like they are so professional until you work with them. They don t care about the staff safety. They will have you working with clients that have Covid and will not give you the proper PPE. They have clients sitting in the commons area that have covid with other clients that have tested negative and except you still work around them. I wouldn t recommend nobody to work or live here

I have been an employee at Eisenhower Center for the past six years. I absolutely love my job. When I came to Eisenhower, I was really in need of a supportive environment where I could make a difference. I find that at Eisenhower. For the majority of our staff, this job is more than a paycheck. It s a family.

Our clients become more than just a client. Yes, their needs are met but there s more to it than that. I ve seen staff bring in home cooked meals for clients. I ve seen staff purchasing things for clients, such as hygiene items and clothing, using their own money when the client does not have the financial means to do so. I ve seen staff come in on off hours to celebrate special occasions with clients. We also build relationships with our client s families and work hard to maintain good communication between the client and there family members.

Eisenhower employees are also incredibly supportive of each other. I ve never worked in a seeing where I have felt cared for as a person, not just a staff.

Eisenhower Center has also worked tirelessly to attempt to save benefits for clients who have experience traumatic brain injuries as a result of a catastrophic car accident. The Center continues to advocate for these clients and their families to insure that they continue to receive the services that are needed.

If you want to work in a place where you can make a difference and feel valued, this is the place. If you want to see actual positive changes and an interdisciplinary approach to rehabilitation, this is the place.

I have been working at Eisenhower Center for over 11 years. Throughout the years the company has changed and grown. I would only work at a place for this long that I knew had its heart in the right place. We are not perfect, sometimes our changes don't work out, so we try something new. Ultimately we are here to make sure our clients have an amazing quality of life. I see the efforts to make that happen in all of the EC team members; from administration, billing, food service, maintenance, clinicians, managers, rehab associates... everyone! Being an ESOP it makes the employees take more responsibility to do what it takes to make OUR company great. Eisenhower is like a family to me and I am proud of the work we do for our clients!
