Just a very rude and uninterested person has been spoken by a 'Mark'. I called for advice and to order the correct part if necessary. He told me that I was a 'private person' and they were at the wrong address and refused to help me further. I asked him how he knew that I was "private" and did not call on behalf of a company. He could hear 'experience'? He then put the receiver down or did not speak to me anymore, at least he did not respond to my questions. Unbelievable. I then wanted to submit my complaint to a customer service or the like, but there is only one telephone number on the entire Einhell site. I don't need to talk to 'Mark' again. Then only something like this remains. Yes what now? "Mark" blocks contact with Einhell. How further. Very disappointed!
Update: Meanwhile, I can express my dissatisfaction with the manager of Einhell Netherlands. They offered their apology and helped me very nicely. Now in possession of advice and part. Thank you for this. The employee is called to account for his behavior. I can confidently rate 1 star to 4 places.

Bought a leaf blower from Einhell / Ferex. Unfortunately it broke. Because it was still under warranty, it was returned to Einhell. These have responded very well to this. Without comment they sent a whole new leaf blower. What good service I am very satisfied with. Great company where you can buy with confidence. TOP.
Lousy customer service. The staff is only helpful when you want to order spare parts. In the event of a complaint, nobody feels responsible. This prompted us to exchange our Einhell devices for other brands. We also refrain from buying this brand in the meantime and consciously decide otherwise.
My grass trimmer's battery broke after a year, just a few days out of warranty. Einhell sent me a new battery anyway. That's what I call customer service! Communication by email went smoothly.
I am very satisfied with the grass trimmer, it is a handy device and with the battery no more hassle with extension cords. The plastic "blades" cut well and are easy to replace.
The battery of my electric tree saw was defective, thanks to Mark everything was fine and a new battery arrived. Mvg, Patrick
After the warranty expires, all devices break. Just don't buy it! Customer service levels off !!

I called with a question about the protective cover of a new miter saw, which soon canceled. Immediately received very accusations about improper use while I was only looking for the construction drawing. Bizarre!
