Is this business legitimate? I did a public record search in their county and I found nothing about them. As if they don't exist. I tried calling them to ask about their DBA name but no one answers the phone. I tried several options e.g. sales, customer service, operator... No answer. The reason why I'm enquiring is b/c I got one of those calls where they claim to be calling inbehalf of a medical group and they request personal information. It seems to be a scam. Be careful when doing business with them.

I worked here for a little while and it was the worst workplace ever. I'm not sure about the other departments, but the one that I was in was terrible. There was a tight competition that made me hostile towards each other. It was really terrible.

Ended up being one of the worst jobs I've ever had and I've been working since I was 13 years old. Management has such a fake smile and everyone is just a number or percentage to them. Unrealistic work goals and they play favorites with people.

Tried repeatedly to contact this company after they made a request with the medical office I work at for medical records. The request was never faxed. I tried calling the customer service phone number from their website, I stayed on hold for 5 to 7 minutes each time. I don't mind holding, but when 3 times on a row your call gets transferred to a "specialist" and they don't even answer you, yet you can here everything going on in the background and you have to hang up only to go through that entire process with the same result each time. Absolutely ridiculous! That does not even deserve a one star rating.

This maybe the worst place to work for. Terrible management, exhausting work, very low pay. Everything you don't want to experience in a workplace, you'll experience at eHealth. Too bad, because of long hours and heavy workload, I couldn't find time to look for another job so I'm stuck here.

They shortlist candidates based on their ethnicity and skin color but not skills. I wish someone would look into it.

Managers operate with fear based management style. There are a lot of pressure to hit unrealistic targets and people are completely micromanaged. Training program needs tremendous work. Overall, it was a miserable place to be, and I'm thankful that I got out.

They have a very unreliable system. You trusted them thinking all of your medical records will be kept and can easily be pulled up. It would take some time to find your name, to realize that they were missing some of your records. The worst part is, he ones they lost are the important ones.

There is no work-life balance for employees in this company. The work environment is very fast and exhausting and employees are constantly under pressure. It doesn't help that the managers are often useless at their jobs. Don't expect anything from them.

Worst company I ve ever worked for. I got fired because I got into a car accident on my way there and had spinal fluid leaking from a bad concussion and had to go to the hospital. Had a note and everything. Management sucks and has no idea what they re doing, The employees act like they re in high school with the drama and their employees go out and smoke weed on their break. Terrible terrible company
