Very unprofessional! Has no problem with using a condescending/bullyish tone when dealing with customers. Experienced this more times than once while having an account with them. Severely lacks in the customer service department. I was fortune enough to have communication with the property owner when it came to repairs/issues, otherwise I don't believe they would have been able to adequately meet those needs either. BTW, this review was written by someone who's account has ALWAYS been in good standing!

I love this property management company!!! I have rented 2 properties from them and have experience nothing but kindness. If you re looking to rent, buy, or sell, this is the place to go!
They are TERRIBLE !! DO NOT rent from them !! Pam, has a terrible attitude and is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! No communication skills at all !!!! I repeat DONT NOT RENT DEOM THEM !!
If I could give them a 0 stars I would. They will not, under any circumstances return your security deposit. They are charging us over $200 for A/C repair, parts and maintenance even though when we left the A/C was in perfect condition. We even put in a new filter and placed an extra filter in the closet that the A/C is located in because we bought a pack of two. If there was a problem with the A/C unit, I would have called in a work order before moving out. They also charged us a cleaning fee of $150, even though we paid a cleaning company $150 to clean after we moved all of our belongings out. We replaced all the bulbs, blinds, and there was absolutely zero damage to the property, we literally had an inspection in April and we moved out in May... And still they decided to send us a bill of $45 on top of keeping our $750 security deposit. My husband is a disabled veteran and unable to make trips back and forth to the office to get answers, yet they refuse to answer our questions and keep giving us the run around as to why they are charging us on top of not returning our deposit. The property manager keeps saying that the owner just writes whatever he feels on the move out inspection sheet and she just goes by that. Even if that's the case, the property owner is responsible for the A/C, so that fact that they have the nerve to even charge us for it, when there was absolutely nothing wrong it is appalling. It didn't even take them the month to occupy the property again, so apparently we left it in tip top shape. They are definitely money hungry and clearly are out to scam you. Shame on you Edwards Properties and especially Donna for scamming your veterans!!!
I initially rented my apartment through a low-life shady property management company. I went through stolen rent, days without water, etc. when I finally got transferred to Edwards I was still on the fence up until I moved out...waiting patiently to be robbed and treated like trash. The ladies at Edwards took care of me (and my deposit) while they had me and I m so grateful for that.
Donna and Brandy have been managing my properties for a while. They always communicate with me and my owner statements and payments are ALWAYS on time. I appreciate all that they do.
Very professional and quick to act on calls. I have called regarding my A/C and it was fixed the next day. The house was SPOTLESS when I moved in and anytime I have called, they were very nice and helped me with anything I needed. 10/10 recommend
I read all the reviews about not getting your deposit back believe all of them we got 384.00 what a joke house was spotless and they gave me rap about being lock out of there portal we went even on there portal they tried to pull money out of our account for rent 6 day later than the 1st an bounced checks then blamed us
Edward properties is one of the best property companies I've been with. Any issues are responded to no later than a day or two. And are fixed everytime. Very friendly staff and you can actually have conversation with the staff. Highly recommend them.
