edureka best in terms of support system and our program coordinator is Revathi Rajesh Patil mam, she is so kind enough to answer all our queries. they had a great support system that offers service 24/7. And coming to the course content, they offer live sessions from the top leaders of AI/ML whose experienced in the field is no less than 5 years. They are patient enough to answer all of our doubts. it is best especially for the professionals who have a basic understanding of basic python programming & Machine learning and AI. But for the freshers who have no knowledge of programming and maths(statistics and probability), they shall face difficulty to learn in 6 hours of class every weekend. They shall put an extra effort to gain the speed along with fellow students in the group. Overall the content is advanced enough to reach the standards of the industry. Practice on each concept is compulsory.

I have attended Hadoop and Big data developer, Spark course from Edureka last year. The instructors are so good, the course is very much descriptive apart from that I really appreciate the support team they are so good. I really get help whenever I needed them . I have had a terrible learning experience and I do not see much value your trainings have added, rather they have been confusing and your trainer very unhelpful and rude. He lacked knowledge and delivered incorrect training, which I discovered after going through some good trainings and had to unlearn what I learnt paying Edureka, what a waste!!!

The Learning Management System(LMS) is great. and good thing is that you would get Lifetime access to all the course that you have registered. Apart from courses and instructors, Edureka support is excellent as they provide quick resolution to any issues(example VM setup. cluster connectivity issues and etc) . If you are looking for Big Data related courses then Edureka is the right place.

Lecturer has very good knowledge on Python. He gave detail explaination on the concepts with examples. Even the classes got delayed because of the questions, he never skipped any of the topics. In addition to that he also extended the sessions for 2 days more and ensured that all the topics were covered.

This company has been heaven sent to anyone interested in learning the newer technologies that are changing by the day. Their instructors are top notch and above all their customer service is unparalleled. The student experience was amazing for me. I took the AWS Architect course and the content was perfect. My instructor obviously had wealth of experience in the material he was teaching. He had answers of all questions we had asked. At times some questions were beyond stupid and he still put a brave face and explained articulately. I took PMP training with Edureka and passed the exam in the first try after the course in less then 3 months. Our trainer was Mr. Abhishek who created a perfect balance in understanding the Project management framework and provided valid techniques to pass the test. The online and offline access to the training materials and class recordings provided a great support during the preparation period. I will strongly recommend all the aspiring PMPs to take up their training with Edureka.

All good. Trainer was good in explaining. But one improvement can be allow more lab part. If you say theory for days and at each day one assignment but never validated nor given time to do nor ask questions on assignment. And update course content as well. My trainer after explaining each topic, he used to say this topic may not exist in next version of Hadoop. Like Impala, PIG etc.

I attended the Big Data Hadoop fundamental course and found course very helpful. Edureka
offers one of the best methods of delivering online courses. LMS and Technical support is quite impressive. Instructor has a good understanding of subject. Only thing which i think need to be improved is duration of class. Class i attended was weekend course and it goes around 4 to 4.5 hours. I will recommend this course for new aspirants but same time my suggestion to the Edureka is if they can limit the duration of class to 2-3 hours as well no of candidates in class.

They are only bothered until they get money. They don t hear to our requests for timings and assign any time which is convenient to them. They have delayed the start of a course by 2 months. Very unprofessional.

Edureka is an excellent online line academy to upskill for IT professional. Trainers are professionals from industry. Forum and Support response is also very very prompt.

I enrolled for ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & MACHINE LEARNING Course from NIT WARANGAL ( PG certification Program ). Over the past 8 months, I had very good learning experience from Edureka. What I really love is the live classes, where you get hands-on-guide tutorials ( theoretical and practical ) classes and learning from well experienced faculty.
Every student gets a course coordinator ( Revathi ) these people are there to take care of your progress and are very helpful. And we will get call from the program coordinator once a week if we have any doubts on the topic they will rearrange the classes which we didn't understood properly. And course content also very good it covers all the topics from basics to advanced level including unsupervised deep learning topics. I request to edureka to add some more research topics in unsupervised deep learning ( self organising maps ). and add some more projects related to deep learning.

I attended courses with several online training companies and finally ended up choosing Edureka due to various reasons such as comfortable and professional features offered by them and excellent course content and faculty. The overall sessions are very interactive and professional way that any body expects from an online training where you feel 100% similar to your classroom training with your favorite lecturer.

Worst experience in getting trained for Azure 300 as they fully involved in teaching the theory more and less hands-on. Marketing people get back you continuously you to signup the course don't listen to them instead I prefer Pluralsight over edureka for Azure training.

worst experience ever had with any web learning company, communication system "LMS" is very poor, their support stuff are useless. no one to support you in case of any issue.

I have tried to contact with the Edureka team first some person attended the call and responded politely and asked for my query he mentioned he might not be able to help me on that but still he had word with that concerned team got the person on the line and transferred to him, his name is Mohammed Ziyaulla where he was wonderful guy who helped from scratch and assisted through the website LMS and informed about VMs and explained thoroughly and waited for me to get the things to be understood. Which made me confident that I can seek and get help in right time when we needed being a non IT learner. When it comes to delivering the sessions by tutor, Tutor have very sound knowledge and always ready to help you, i must say thanks to the support team also for helping at any point.
