I have tried to contact with the Edureka team first some person attended the call and responded politely and asked for my query he mentioned he might not be able to help me on that but still he had word with that concerned team got the person on the line and transferred to him, his name is Mohammed Ziyaulla where he was wonderful guy who helped from scratch and assisted through the website LMS and informed about VMs and explained thoroughly and waited for me to get the things to be understood. Which made me confident that I can seek and get help in right time when we needed being a non IT learner. Thank you for assistance Mr. Mohammed Ziyaulla support people like you are really asset for edureka and helpful for people like me.
