A pretty boutique, new decor compared to that of the Boulevard des Italiens. And always the Italian quality is very zealous!

Feb. 2020: Great welcome and great advice!

Jul. 2020: Post-sales modification ... the reception is always nice, but the commercial side makes it lose its splendor. The non-sale items are mixed with the sales, the prices of the accessories are increased at the checkout against the indications on the labels ... In short, behind beautiful products and Italian design, the pecuniary side should not lose the pleasure to visitors ...

I'm not a fan of bad comments, but what a bad impression on this store! Arrived on site, door closed, with a small poster announcing a few minutes of respite for overwhelmed salespeople (there were in fact 2 couples inside, wow).

One of the vendors, who went on a "lunch break" at 4pm anyway, deigns to open me up. When I explain my need to him, namely a 3-piece suit for a wedding, I seem to bother him more than anything else: "you go up, and it will be on your left". No advice, no friendliness, no customer support. Maybe because I wasn't dressed in Armani or adorned with diamonds or spoke Italian?

And the Italian salesman, admittedly taken by a couple, is not inclined to be more courteous and does not even send a hello or a "I'll be yours right away". We leave you, without even an ounce of qualms.

The only pleasant moment is when I walked through the exit door. Frankly to be avoided.

Very poor reception and insolent and unpleasant seller. It is not the same service as in the other stores of the brand! Renew your teams

Very disappointing staff who don't know their job. We waited for half an hour while they kept mixing up the size, and on top of that, the sales person was rude to us all the time. We were the only customers at the shop and they behaved like they were annoyed to serve us... The only nice moment was actually leaving the store.. Don't come to shop here, it ruins the whole Boggi experience.

Closed on Sunday when their site announces otherwise
