Didn't have what I was looking for. The guy that I dealt with was not friendly at all. Too bad, as I would have considered buying a new vacuum from them. Was told to go back to where I bought my vacuum for a filter that I needed. I bought the vacuum online, but wanted to give a local business my money instead.. Guess I'll buy it online and save a bunch of money as this place is pricey anyway.
Very unorganized, unapologetic about constant mistakes! They have their big school and hospital contracts established and no longer care about the small businesses or individuals needs. Big thumbs down!
