For the first time I decided to buy some books online, specifically, a pack containing 2 books. Quite fast shipping, however, one of the two volumes arrives flawed and rather ruined. Precisely for this reason, the same day I send the report (the manual has a cost of 95 ). They tell me that I will be contacted, but nothing ... from here the disagreements begin.
I obviously call the company to request the replacement of the copy and they start taking time and inventing countless excuses until, after a series of insistent calls, I manage to make the return. They ask me, rightly, which volumes I would return and I informed them that the return would only be for the ruined volume. After 4 days from Bartolini's collection (Milan), I call the company and ask if the return has arrived. The administration clerk, hearing the warehouse, tells me that the return has not yet returned. Suspicious, I call Bartolini and they confirm that the package was delivered 3 days before. At this point I send the delivery confirmation to the administration of Il capitello and ask for explanations. Magically, the package was delivered just then (no comment).
I ask, in writing, to inform me about the delivery date of the new volume. The company does not care and sends the package at will, without knowing when and if someone would collect it. The same day I was sent an email, again by the same person, where it was reported that they had mistakenly inserted an extra text in the package and, for this reason, they demanded immediate return.
Being away on business, I was unable to verify the contents of the carton and I would like to inform you that I would definitely do it the following week. At this point I am intimated and persecuted by a series of calls and emails from the administration assistant and the relative manager, who CLAIMED TO IMMEDIATELY SEND SOMEONE HOME TO MY PLACE TO BE ABLE TO MAKE THE RETURN AND, IF I DID NOT HAVE DONE. BY THE NEXT DAY, I WOULD HAVE SCRAPPED MORE MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD (FOR THEIR MISTAKE).
Currently I am not proceeding with a complaint as I do not have enough time to do so, although I believe they deserve it.
I am amazed and appalled by the very lack of professionalism and total lack of education on the part of these two people who, unfortunately, pollute the company's reputation.
The choice is yours whether to buy directly from them.
Where the teachers always find a smile and excellent texts, all seasoned with availability and professionalism.
