Subscription sent at the end of December, check debited at the start of January, but no "Le Monde du Plein Air" review at the start of February. Telephone call on February 3 in the morning, an uncooperative operator (whom I had the impression of disturbing ...) answered me dryly not to find trace of my order. No response either to my email, sent in stride. I start a search with my bank and in the meantime my review arrives in my mailbox (posted before my call) ... Too bad to have an incompetent customer service, because the review is very well done.
Reviews do not always arrive without explanation. Customer service is catastrophic and does not respond to emails. The company allows itself to share its customer database with other companies, even when it is contrary to its own general conditions.
