I would like to file a complaint on one of your drivers. I was on the 210frwy in the city of Rancho Cucamonga approx 940am when i approached a convoy of your trucks. They where in the center lane at the speed of 50 miles per hour holding up traffic. When i went around them on the right side because they would not move over I discover the lead driver was on the phone. I can provide video upon request. I tried to call you customer service number but your receptionist didn't seem interested.
