Went to buy a car and we were assisted by the business manager. She was excellent and not full of her self importance unlike the guy who avoided helping us at the start but appeared towards the end offerring his help which was totally unnecessary We spent over 20k and this was a repeat of 18 months beforewhen we spent 27k but encountered the same sort of attitudes.Do the directors of this group never learn?

I would like to start by saying how disappointed i am as a returning customer and i want to mention that I never experienced such a thing . I 've started by trying to buy a used quasqai, paid deposit , secured the deal but after few days been told that i didn t worked out with finance and i need to significantly increase the deposit wich i couldn't do ... moved on to a different company with same part exchange, same deposit and yet i managed to get a beand new qasquai... week later i decided i want to swap my wife's car and we've choose a car on 0apr , all good after a week or so i've been told that there is something wrong with the car and cannot get it anymore so i have to move on although the same car is still advertised at a different rate with different asking price ... mark questions ... looked at similar car , different colour but now i'm being told 0apr doesn't work anymore !!! We had to cancel the deal ! We will have to look elsewher again !! Really poor customer service compared with similar companies. I will make sure every single person i speak with will be able to understand my experience and walk away from catchy 0 apr deal that is not a really 0 apr deal when trying to buy

bad communication, was issued a refund was told 6 days now on day 17 no refund arrived, get told someone will call you back and does not happen, you will have to chase them, only to be told not sure when the accountant will do it, I'm sure its a great company, but communication is poor.

Stay away. Any guarantee only covers generic parts not manufacturer s parts. Shipped the part to Devon instead of London that was another month of faffing about. Underestimate the number of hours a job takes and will not budge if it takes longer. Failed to send the relevant parts to fit it.

It was need to be go under Eden health check and they have found problem with steering rack play and knocking noise.
Ealliot Chalton , Amber , Morgan phillips, all of them told me there going to decide with General manager, whether they re going to repair the car or send it to auction ..Because costly repair..
Finally Amber confirmed me she have spoke to the General manager and decided to replace the complete brand new steering rack from toyata and will take 6 hour labour and fixed the car and sell to me ..
Finally Morgan phillips , and Ealliot confirmd me pats been replaced and car is ready for the collection.
So I have been confirm them, I am going to collect the car 5th of Wednesday morning (05/08/2020) and I have booked non-refundable train ticket travel to London 4th of Tuesday and stay overnight in London and 5th Wednesday early morning come to workingham to collect the car ..
I am little bit technical minded so I call Ealliot and ask him what was the part number you replaced steering rack and he did not gave me any part number and finally he said to me
None of the part been replaced and they have just tighten up steering rack universal joint.
I was asking small discount for the used car and they have been refused because they have replaced the expensive steering rack and 6hr labour put on to the car, they have lying me ..


Still no body reply me ..

Cheating customers, doing big mistakes, your Fake apologise shameless statement is completely not acceptable it is really disgusting.
Because you know what happen with the car, according to Amber you have authorised to replace the faulty part but if it no need to be replace somebody should have let me know it clearly.
you and your sales manage James bruffell emailed me car is not available to sell and car been removed from your website, but I have found out Reg (YY11DHK) RED TOYATA PRIUS

Worst experience I have received from a car dealership. After receiving an offer in March from Peugeot in High Wycombe to contacting them again when they re-opened, I am still waiting to do the deal. I have visited the dealership twice and have exchanged a number of emails but their customer service is non existent. You would have thought they wanted to sell cars due to the current climate but clearly they must be doing well to turn down a sale. I have now purchased a Peugeot from a competent dealer.
