I recently had the opportunity to visit the dealership located on their website, and overall, my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and provided helpful information, making it easy to browse and learn about the vehicles they offer. However, when I arrived at the physical location, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and did not make an effort to engage with customers. Additionally, the sales process felt a bit rushed, and I didn't feel like the salesperson took the time to fully understand my needs and preferences. On a positive note, the dealership had a decent selection of vehicles available, which allowed me to test drive a couple of different options. Overall, I would rate my experience as average, as the website was helpful, but the in-person experience fell short.
