However, I did encounter a minor issue with one of the windows, and it took a little longer to resolve than I would have liked. The quality of the windows and doors is decent, but I expected a bit more in terms of energy efficiency. Overall, it was an average experience. I appreciate the effort they put into resolving the issue, but I'm left feeling that there's room for improvement in their product quality and customer service. Nonetheless, I am satisfied with the end result. 👍
