We live on the coast which was a tough environment for our outdoor ECOsmart unit. however after spending several thousand dollars, I did expect it to last more than 5 years. The tray rusted out and concrete shell is bubbling again from metal framework rusting. The after sales service from the retailer was great. The care from MAD Design ECOsmart was non-existent, totally dismissive.
