Needs better management and HR wont work with you. Oh they apparently HR can terminate company people without having you to sign anything. Goodluck

Econtrols made an employee resign due to not answering a phone call. They claimed they had been trying to contact the employee however the employee was positive with Covid 19, how can that employee respond to work when they are ill? That employee worked their for 3 years going on 4. They're reviews are not good. I saw many "temps" come and go and saw lots of dedicated employees get fired. DO NOT work here. Improve your management and HR department.

There are some horrible people in that place to work with. I got fired for having my phone on the table while I was around the corner working on magnet carts. When I came back to my station with the carts some lard arm cabbage patch reject was literally making phone calls and getting mad about me having my phone not on my person. Supervisors normally lead by example, but for this lady the rules were for her to inflict on people and not for her to follow.

Worked there 19.5 months seen so many come and go and because of my past attendance that was over a year over looked they decided to let me go with no notice but yet expect a 2 week notice. Men with family be careful to work here. I did enjoy working for this place until experiencing the unprofessionalism.

Do not waste your time applying here this company thinks they have the right to not give you lunch break

Good company, nice to work with. Free parking, handicap slots available. Clean and professional inside. They do good work and they have high quality engineers and designers.
