The Reason for only 3 stars is because they NEVER ...

The Reason for only 3 stars is because they NEVER answer the phone and I brought in every thing I thought I would need. But when I get there they tell me I was missing something. If they would of Answered the phone or call people back I wouldn't of went All the way Across Town for Nothing!!
