EcoHome was very user friendly. The payments were manageable and customer service was always great!

Danny has been extremely helpful in changing my account payments to my preference. Financing with them was through a third party start up and was a little messy at the beginning (not well communicated), but he was great to work with and straightened everything out. With every loan/finance company make sure to read the fine print and understand the payments and how much you will pay in the end if you only make minimum payments.

The customer Service representative was very knowledgeable , pleasant and answered all my questions .
I was not put on hold or kept waiting, and my call was answered in minutes.

I received excellent customer service from Shanese Dulall. She always helped me with everything I asked for and was extremely nice!

Talked to a great customer service representative. She gave me the information I needed quickly and was very professional.
However for EcoHome as a company I would not recommend. I did not receive a statement for 2 years and when I finally called I couldn t believe the high interest I was paying. I m guessing they don t send statements so you don t realize your getting ripped off Daily. Stay away !!!

Great company to deal with financial issues in financing projects, They are straight forward and answer any questions or issues you may have. The customer service department is very friendly and helpful. Thank you EcoHome Financial it was great dealing with you my steel roof is now paid for thanks again.

THE BEST LENDING COMPANY YOUR COMPANY CAN HAVE!. I have been working with EcoHome for the last 6 years. They have amazing staff that are able to help me with quick turnaround times and funding. The staff is always ready to help with my often crazy requests. Special shout out to Stephanie D, she has made the last few transactions a breeze. As a whole the team at EcoHome had been a great partner to work with.

Dealing with Arlene was wonderful. She answered my questions efficiently and provided me with the invoice I wanted. Inquired as to whether I understood was was being sent and what to do if I needed to follow up.

An excellent customer experience!

I give this company minus 5 stars for customer service. Waiting to speak to someone for over an hour. They installed hot water tank systems in all 8 units in my condo building in 2018 and all of the systems are incomplete. The isolation valve kits that are required for the de-scaling and servicing of the units were not installed. This is a rental item along with the air handler. Trying to get them to come back and put the isolation valves on the equipment so we can have the equipment serviced. The Ottawa builder Mastercraft has not helped in any way even though it was this builder who made the contract and is getting a kick back from EcoHome Financial. Stay away from this bad company.

Always very pleasant and easy to work with. I ve never been on hold for more than 2 minutes. Customer service has always been excellent.
