This Isn't a Review but I do have a Question do you guys Sell Only medical weed or also Recreational I'm not Really good with this whole stuff and I heard weed Recreational gone legal but I don't know any Dispensary that does that wonder if you guys sell Recreational Weed or just medical or both.

Very bad customer service. I called today 5/7/19 @ 11:45a PST for some basic information and the young man that answered the phone was rude and then just hung up the phone without answering my questions. Would not recommend this place if service is important to you. This place needs to address the folks answering the phones for customer inquiries. 1 star until they can get it together.

I was in the area bout 3 weeks ago. Pouring rain. And we loved the town, and the shops. My visit here was awesome!
I've been to a few in Michigan, n this place n staff made me feel comfortable n they were able to answer questions n educate me as well! Be back on a Sunny weekend!

Best Dispensary in Ypsilanti for quality and variety, I suggest you search the the menu online before arrival as it gets very congested sometimes.

Dominic was great and the flowers you suggested definitely were fire just like you said they were!! And to Telanas Liquors, unfortunately Michigan is not a recreational state yet. it's going to be on our ballot in November and I'm sure it will pass!! Until then, you do need a medical card so I'm sorry you're planning your trip around going to dispensaries but even if you had a card in your own state, that would be totally up to each dispensaries discretion. I hope this doesn't ruin your trip to Michigan because it is a beautiful state. But I know you do need your THC, are you driving or flying? If you're driving you could bring some vape pens and perhaps some edibles if you are going through a state where it is recreational on your way up here. Just a thought....

Great store. They always explain everything to me and such nice people and also great flower. AMD also with this store they give u a punch card which is great cuz after so much you get some money off a product

Great store, most staff are amazingly helpful and fast. Store owner should consider firing almost all of the female staff, as most of them do nothing at all and are absolute thotties, but apart from that it is a very respectable establishment.

Good place good staff great selection overpriced on alot of items especially dab wise but they now offer price matching. I encourage everyone to find the cheapest price before you go on your dabs and continually make them price match and then maybe they will just have the lowest price to start with as they are more than capable of doing being a large old dispensary and they for sure have money. I blame greed. Let's bring those prices down!!!

I always get excited to come here. I finally feel like I am getting my moneys worth as far as product pricing and value. The flower is on another level and this beats anything available in Ann Arbor. Being a med patient I am happy to be taken care of here. They have a fair price on concentrates as well. They have a wide array of strains. At this point I do not like spending my money anywhere else. Can't wait to try the F-Cut OG.

Awful. They sell broken items and refuse to refund. They are bad people taking advantage of disabled people.

For me, this is the gold standard of dispensaries. Top notch staff, excellent product (even the shake is above average), reasonable prices & great selection. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Quality is hit or miss based on product. Good service. Lost 2 stars for me because even though I spend over 140 every time I go in, I get my card punched only once for purchasing 60 worth product. Spoke to owner, who was unwilling to change the procedure. Just does not make sense, every other dispensary that I ve been to is more consistent with their rewards program, there is no feeling cheated if you re buying in bulk.

I wish I could give them 6 stars. Best prices in the are. Best flower. Order is ready super fast. They're always so nice. They have a good punch card system, instead of crazy sales that are difficult to understand. The pre-rolls are good. Great selection. I can't think of anything bad to say about this place. I've tried a bunch of different places, and this is by far the best dispensary I've ever been to. Their product speaks for itself. If you have a medical card, I wouldn't bother going anywhere else.

They never label any of the pre rolls I got 6 pre rolls and good luck knowing what any of them are if I didn t care what strain they was I would of got all the same

Wonderful costumer service and excellent quality with all products by far my favorite.

These people take care of you. Especially when you're a medical pt and have chronic pain conditions/illnesses. They always help me out with pricing knowing I live off of disability. They always know what products they have, and not only do they always know their inventory but 99% of the time can tell you exactly how the product works. They have fairly priced 8ths that arent shakey and mini buds. They're luscious, potent buds. Always weighs right on or a little over. They care about their patients, it's not just a job. Concentrates, flower, edibles, anything from here you wont be disappointed.

I've been going here for a couple of years and the quality has always been amazing however recently they have been selling flower that has barely been trimmed. As someone who grows myself it's hard to pay for an eighth of bud when half of it is sugar leaves that should've been trimmed before it made it to the shelf. Hopefully once they reopen the storefront it will be easier to evaluate their flower selection.

New to all of this an they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Think this is my favorite place. Thank you guys.

Sucks you don't take Ohio medical cards your lost .

I wish I would have gotten the guy's name. The skinnier man that brongs the orders out is very good and I feel discriminated against. I love love the products here. Everytime I come i spend at LEAST 300 a trip from Ohio. The last 2 times my caregiver has picked up for me and today I came with. We were constantly overlooked, recieved a nonchalant attitude when asking about the order. I understand you were busy since open but instead reassuring me my order was being worked on I felt like I was bothering him by asking. I again love this dispensary but I will NOT come and spend hundreds of dollars to be discriminated against or treated rudely. When addressing other cars he was pleasant and smiling. when he addressed mine very different vibe.

person complaining about punch card, really most places dont give you rewards for coming all the time this place is great, they tell you what's good at the time and doesnt try to pawn off their older or not as good stuff to sell it off. always been treated well being older has always been good experience. motorbreath, F cut og, white cookies, purple og, ogpk, capulaters cut mac 1 all fire and not one time has it been junk over 21/2 years straight now coming all the way from royal oak with tons of 8 mile dispensary s real close dont even bother.Thanks for being the best.

I have been a patient of theirs going on 5 years now. The staff has always been great! They work with you on what you are looking for and are well educated in product and in strain. In a rush? Or just got off work? The order online option has always been the best option for me. I am glad to say i have been their patient since moving here to MI.

There are only a few dispensaries that meet my **very high** expectations and Herbal Solutions is one of them.

0 are located in Detroit (been to many and have never been to a Detroit store with top shelf product; it is always mediocre), and 3 are good in Ann Arbor (but 1 closed down).

So I only visit Herbal Solutions in Ypsi and the 2 (which I will not name) that are in Ann Arbor.

Hands down my favorite dispensary & have been going here for the past 5 years. Easy & quick pickup. Extremely friendly staff. Great prices. I live in Farmington and I make the drive just for them, they're worth it.

Clean and classy. I stopped going to another dispensary because they couldn't get their act together. I'm glad I checked out Herbal Solutions. They are currently just doing curbside, which I miss going inside to ask questions, but they're helpful on the phone. I felt safe and secure inside their store. The budtenders know what they're doing.

Herbal Solutions always makes my visit comfortable and friendly. The staff really cares here, and it shows. Always quality product, and good suggestions you can trust.

They take their bud seriously and get everything tested at a lab. They have great medicine and edibles to try out. I highly recommend the cookie dough!

Everywhere from their own website to Weedmaps to google says they give an additional discount to new members. I drove an hour to get here just to wait for over 20 mins for someone to come out with my order. I had placed my online order 2 hours prior. I spent $400 and was given no discount of any sort. I wish I would have brought a scale because the package they gave me did not look like an oz. I ll have to go home and see but I will not be coming back. I d rather stick to my tried and true Detroit dispensary s like Sticky and Green Pharm. I never have issues with online ordering. They are always busy and i am in and out AND they have a points program so I get my ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT EVERYTIME I PURCHASE. Which that comes out to ALOT of money saved for someone like me that spends a lot. I am so disappointed with this entire experience.

Great place!! I just got my medical card and this was the first place I checked out and I am glad I did. Very friendly staff clean office and I was out with my medication in under 15mins.

1st time here the girl at the front was smiling and friendly and my budtender Avery was cool as a fan he answered all my questions and suggested what was appropriate for my conditions . very reasonable prices and the extras for new pts and referrals is a bonus . place was clean. This is a real long shot, I met 2 wonderful ladies at the booth for Herbal Solutions @ Cannabis Cup 2017. We had a blast at the concerts.
