My experience with Eco Roof and Solar, was excellent, friendly staff and attentive. I worked with Caleb Crump, he was the project manager. He assured me everything from start to finish, that my roof was to be replaced quicky, professionally, and he was very responsive! He answered all my questions, and guided me through the whole insurance process! I would highly recommend him, as a project manager! Great Job Eco Roof and Solar! Caleb is a great professional to work with!

As of February, 2018 we received $3800 back from the company.

Unprofessional, untrustworthy, and the work is still incomplete. We hired Eco Roof and Solar in July 2017 to repair our roof. In January 2018, the roof is still not done. Parts of the roof were re-done with extremely shoddy workmanship. We have consulted other contractors who have told us that the entire roof put up by Eco will need to be re-done. Eco also promised new decking, which was never added. Flashing is missing or incomplete in many spots. Further inspection of the roof shows areas completely uncovered, broken boards, missing gutters, and the list goes on. Additonally, Eco never completed the damaged siding because their quote was much higher than originally promised. After our extreme disappointment with the person who was handing our project, Eco directed us to another manager to help finish the job. Upon trying to reach him, he will be in Florida for the next month. If you want piss-poor workmanship, no communication, high prices, and overall terrible experience, hire Eco Roof and Solar for your next project. Hopefully, no other homeowners out there make the same mistake we did. If you want a roof over your head, hire someone else.

My husband and I worked with Kayleen Kesterson and Eco Roof and Solar to get our roof replaced from hail damage that happened this past May and we cannot say enough good things about our experience. Our roof has been replaced and the crew that worked on it took extra care to clean up debris and materials after they were done. We had multiple layers on our roof so that was a ton of debris. Kayleen also went above and beyond in my opinion to meet with us on multiple occasions to explain the details of the replacement process. I will be recommending Kayleen to all my friends and family for any roofing needs.

I had an excellent experience with ECO Roof and Solar. Derek Van Grouw was the project manager. He was quick and responsive to my many questions. This was my first time filing a claim on a property, and he helped walk me through it. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and fast, clean work as promised! Kaylene is a super star and returned all my calls within minutes. They were in and out in a day! Workers were very polite and incredibly efficient. I only saw them stop once for quick lunch and they were back at it right away. I went out the next day to clean up any remaining items. I fully expected there to be some nails left over. With pets and kids, we were concerned that either of them would get into any construction materials. There was NOTHING. Not even a shingle! Very fair pricing, great options, easy to schedule and no hassle over the materials. We highly recommend Eco and will use them again in the future!

We just purchased and house in Denver and Kayleen went above and beyond when installing our new roof. She was extremely responsive, willing to answer all of my questions and made what could have been a stressful process super easy!

Caleb was excellent to work with. He was the main contact person for the job. Caleb was in constant contact with us and provided all the information we required in the roofing and gutter replacement. Everyone we talked to in the company were extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace a roof or gutters. Our house looks amazing and we are so thankful we decided to go with Eco Roof and Solar!!!
