Excellent customer service. They were very helpful selecting shoes for my needs. Very patient and friendly. They are a bit more costly than I'd normally purchase for myself, I'll attribute that to the good salesmanship of the staff.

Great shoe shop - visited them for shoes in August LAST YEAR and, despite using that set pretty exclusively, they have lasted really well.

They also spent time giving excellent Chiropody advice and soles which made my foot pain go almost totally away!

Fully deserve every support during lockdown. Sooo many shoe shops sell tacky shoes made poorly that small retailers deserve our support to make the above true for more people.

Saw some shoes I kinda liked and might have bought them if I hadn't had so many sales people watching and trying to influence me while trying on shoes. In the end i just made up an excuse to get out of the store. Too pushy for my taste.

The heels of my lovely old Eccos exploded this morning (yes, honestly!) but the wonderful staff at Ecco Oxford found me their modern equivalent and gave me a discount as well.
Superb service, and excellent staff.
