Best company to work with. Very good Management. Provides lots of trainings. Very cooperative staff.

I joined ebl recently. Its a very nice place to work. Staff are caring & treat you as a family member. Ebl is always client focus. Try their best to work around with client's needs. A good place to work with.

I love EBL for the following reasons: The organisation is client focused.They are always looking for ways to improve their support, care and safety of clients. Staff are continually trained, equipped and supported to provide professional support to amiable clients. I also love EBL because, as far as disability support services are concerned, they are a First Choice Disability Support Service Provider. They have auditable process and systems. They provide enabled better lifestyles for participants. As a staff, I have enjoyed meeting great and beautiful clients. Wonderful clients and families. Simple gesture like, thanks for braiding my hair , just melt my heart. A client told another carer. She was not expecting a thank you actually. But it was nice. The management is accessible to both clients and staff. I love this organisation.

Should be able to give zero stars! We have a special person & her Family in our lives who have been put through the wringer by this company undeservedly so. I am so appalled by the treatment they have received by an organisation that is supposed to care for those vulnerable people in our society! Do not let them anywhere near your loved ones !

Why can't I do zero stars or even negative? Looking online I see plenty of good reviews, but none of these reflect what we were put through. They manipulated a very mentally vulnerable person in my life (who has already been through enough tragedy) and went so far as teach scripted phrases. This person has been one of my best friends since I was 2 years old, and I KNOW THE LANGUAGE, I know the vocabulary. I know they coerced. They put my person through hell, and syphoned as much money as they could. Please don't put your people through this ####. Don't trust all the positive reviews, because you don't want to go through what we went through.

Unfortunately, we have a small group of people who are determined to ruin EBLs reputation. Some of these reviews are from individuals who have never personally used our service. For those who don't know us, we are a carer-led organisation employing the most wonderful staff. Our skilled employees have been with us for many years. We have been caring for individuals with Autism and developmental disability for over 40 years. To those caring and dedicated staff working with us today, please know we value your amazing contribution :-)

Not nice people , hurt the people they are ment to be helping Don t risk your loved ones

If it was possible to give minus stars I would! Up until mid July 2020 I was more than happy with services at EBL .... then came the change in management of the different areas. What my Family has been put through by this organisation is absolutely unbelievable. The manipulation of a vulnerable client & the system for monetary gain via the NDIS is unconscionable! Please, please don t send your vulnerable Family to them. Find an organisation that really cares for them . This review won t affect their rating at all. They will simply get more staff members or board members to come on here & give them 5 stars , hell, even the CEO has done it !

I am disgusted at EBL and so call care givers and there managements. What you have done to my very disability friend and what you put there family through is absolutely shocking. I would love to let everyone know what EBL has done but i keep it short. All i can say if you going to send your love one's to EBL be very careful. Bacause they like to take all the money and play terrible games with the family. If i could it would be no stars.
