The mission of EasyWay Ordering is to arm independent restaurant operators with powerful and easy to use online ordering technology, enabling them to compete better and better serve their customer. Our goal is to become the industry standard platform by aggressively marketing our product and partnering with companies who are in a position to influence and educate restaurant owners. Our management team has extensive experience and relationships in closely related verticals and our current partners include Point Of Sale manufacturers, web designers, merchant service providers and food distributors. Our immediate objective is to acquire and retain 1000 new restaurant subscribers, each netting us $50 p/m on average, in the next 6 months at a Cost Per Acquisition of $250 or less. We need $1,000,000 over the next 12 months during which time we will reach $100,000 in net recurring monthly revenue. We are interested in debt and / or equity investments.
