NICK at Easy IT GUYS helped me understand what to do to use my computer and re-arranged the items I had no idea how to fix. We pay a flat fee for membership and have been so pleased to be able to get their very professional help whenever we've needed it. During the Covid situation, it is especially nice to have the "remote repair" available to us. Perfect for those of us with less Tech savvy. Thank you Nick!

Nick was very helpful in getting Microsoft 365 and QuickBooks online installed on my computer. He answered all my questions, and set up my billing the way I wanted it. It was easy to allow him to access my computer remotely, and I was able to input passcodes while he was working on the installation. I appreciate all his time and help, as I know it will make my life easier this year, and will keep my technology running smoothly.
not only did they fix the problem but they explained why and how it happened. But the best part, they explained it in "normal" words!! Brandon was wonderful at explaining in a way that the non computer person could understand. Kudos to their service!!!
The Easy IT Guys are fast. I will give them that. But $600 for a couple fans and an internal hard drive. Not a chance. Two fans cost only $10 to $15 bucks. And the internal hard drive would cost under $200. So that leaves nearly $400 for saving and backing up my data and labor. Not. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Nick was very professional with me I was afraid that I would loose all my files in my email area that I saved but he put me at ease and showed me again what he was going to be doing and it worked. He also made sure that everything worked before he disconnected. I like everyone at Easy IT guys everyone is so professional there and they don't talk down to you they talk at you and make sure that you know everything that they are doing or going to be doing.
