Horrible non isolated hotel. Shuttle from the airport always takes 30-45 min even if the hotel is literally 5 min away. I've been waiting for an hour once and when the driver came he drove like crazy. You can hear everything from the hallway when people go in and out of their room. Some of the bed are not comfortable at all and it's hard to get a good sleep. Part from that the staff at the reception is always polite and nice !

If you are looking for horrible service and racial treatment then come here. This place sucks I wouldn t recommend anyone to stay here for free. The employees are rude and the guyanese cleaning lady on floor 8 was so much help . She didn t even clean rooms. They don t even have a microwave, a refrigerator, or a safe. There are way better places you can go to stay. This is definitely not one of them.

This was my second stay at the hotel and I deliberately picked it because of how great my first stay was. Friendly staff, good breakfast and nice clean comfy rooms. When I need too I will book again for sure.

First room had failed heating unit, the second room they gave had an air-conditioning unit that was working but had a very loud noise coming from the fan as if something was touching the fan. Could not sleep all night.
Didnt want to bother changing rooms a second time in the same night.

My car wouldn't start but with the kind and helpful parking attendant named Hakim, he boosted my car with his own car and reassured me thru the whole process not to worry that we will take care of our guests. As a senior it's comforting to know someone was there to help...Thank you and God bless you Hakim!

Checked in last night after 2200, ordered room service but order was wrong and couldn't fix as now closed yet still charged for it. Then vending machine ate $5.00. Then had to clean the shower myself and called down at 540 to say no hot water. Been informed just now that water will be fixed at 'some point' this morning. Wrapped in a towel for almost an hour waiting to shower...guess my day will be a late start. Very disappointed.

Not impressed. Stayed here because of all the positive reviews. The hotel has been recently renovated. However we were put in a room that had an old AC unit with no wall thermostat. It wasn t working when we got there but instead of putting us into a new room they told us they would try and fix it. We went for dinner and were told when we got back it had been fixed. Well it had not been fixed and the room was like a sauna from it being well over +30 all day. We ended up having to switch rooms at 11pm. Not what you want to be doing on a romantic night out with the wife.

To be fair the new room had a newer unit with a wall thermostat so they did ultimately rectify the problem however why are they even using rooms with old AC units that don t work in the middle of the summer when they obviously have rooms that have new updated ones. And how does the maintenance guy say he fixed something that clearly was not functioning at all... very frustrating

I stayed at another hotel in the area for 4 days in the Toronto Airport area and found it a really nice place to be. Upon getting to the airport to leave, my flight was cancelled and WestJet sent us here. I have to give Kudos to Westjet putting us up, and have no complaints about a turning down a free lunch. But staying here did make me ask the question, why would you.

There are a multitude of hotels in the area, in fact every road is littered with them. The one I stayed at was actually cheaper, it offered more services, the staff went out of their way to help and be nice.

What I experienced here was an OK hotel. But OK isn't enough at $100+.

What really wound me up however was the 45 minutes I spent waiting to be served in the restaurant in the evening. I don't mean, for the food, I mean just to be served. Yes I was on my own, and I was a little bit engrossed in the Ice Hockey. But I had a menu at my table, no drinks, no food and every waiter just walked right past me. Now I'm a typical Englishman, too polite to peoples but in and ask for something and to actually but in. But in the end I walked out; at such venues one is expected to pay a little bit in gratuity... my gratitude had run out.

Basically, this is an OK hotel. But there are dozens in the area that will treat you better, charge a little bit less if anything and will make you pleased to have been there. This one just wants you in, pay your money and out. This is clear by the bottles of Evian in the room on arrival that say "enjoy an Evian, $5.25". I know this is a hotel... but seriously?

Don't stay at the Holiday Inn if you're paying. Find somewhere nicer for your money :)

Always a good stay. Nice view over the runway at Pearson airport. Cool pool. I miss the restaurant being on the too floor but it was date. The replacement is excellent and the staff are great. Handy shuttle to and from terminals 1 and 3.

Great staff..they really help us when we were looking for a place to celebrate our group's 25th Anniversary. Special mention to Ms. Rosevee, a great asset to this inn.
Newly renovated, clean suites and polite staffs. Excellent service.

Good, clean, room. Friendly and professional staff. One small issue. Breakfast items that were supposed to be hot could be hotter, such as bacon. There was a good heap of it, but the top was cold. Would stay at again.

I was staying at this picticular hotel due to the loss of my mother and was asked by police to stay at a hotel with pets allowed till investigation was complete. Stayed 5 days and the manager and all front desk personel where extremely kind and simpathetic to my situation even the cleaning staff I interacted with where just as kind . Thank you all again for your generousity of kindness at a time I needed it the most. Richard Stephen Babler

Although newly renovated very well appointed property, my dissatisfaction comes from one seemingly small detail. Me and my son had dinner and paid with westjet vouchers that were given to us due to a missed flight. Upon check out the next day I verified with the front desk if indeed the voucher was applied and It wasnt. so was my sons account. As I pointed the error she told me that it would've been deducted upon my check out although she had no previous knowledge of the voucher. Leaving me to believe that as most of us simply leave without any further interactions with the front desk the error wouldn've
been corrected.

Bed is comfortable, however the curtains cannot be closed, so there is a fair amount of light coming in from the street and nearby buildings. My room was kit well enough to see everything in it, making getting to sleep difficult.

Universal tv remote was not synced with the tv, meaning the only way to turn on and off and switch channels was using the buttons on the tv.

Rooms have been refreshed and service is excellent but I have stayed at more beautiful Holiday Inn hotels before. Cool bar and restaurant but no room service. What airport hotel doesn't offer room service?? My room didn't have an in room safe and that is almost a standard feature in most full service hotels. Great location though.

I booked months ahead of time and could never get a straight answer for any questions I had. I had to bring a few hundred cash to make sure I was covered because everyone I spoke with told me a different deposit amount from 50 for four days to 50 a night and it cost me 250 in total. They have a door man and claim if I went for a smoke after 10 pm he wouldn't let me back in without I.D no exceptions. I paid $786 including deposit and was not treated as a paying customer or valued guest. Check out was at noon but the housekeeping knocked on my door from 9 and than asked me what time we were leaving. The WiFi sucked, my television never worked properly and my air-conditioning leaked all over my floor. So being woken up early before a long drive home I stepped into a cold lake beside my bed. The food was extremely over priced for small portions and little options. Upon checkout they tried to keep an extra $22.00 for parking which I had already paid the day I checked in and then proceeded to tell me they overcharged me $3.00 which was never refunded and just brushed off. Now three dollars isn't the end of the world but for as much as I paid and the poor service I had I will never stay at this hotel again! The one star they got from me was the appearance of the hotel but the way I was treated and how belittled I felt staying there was appalling.

I had my company's travel provider make a last minute arrangement to stay here after being stranded at Pearson airport. When I arrived the receptionist told me that my confirmation number was not in their system, shrugged his shoulders, and went into the back office. Thankfully another hotel across the street was much more receptive. There are plenty of hotels in the area. This one should be at the bottom of your list.

Rooms and staff were nice but make sure to check with staff to make sure you get the rooms you requested. We asked for 2 double beds and got a king. Made sleeping arangments for 4 people almost impossible.
