These people are dirty. How is it they are now not billing trash and water together anymore yet my water bill stayed at 110$ which is way to high for a water bill. Shouldn't the water bill go down since I am now paying a separate trash bill???
Exactly they are about money only their water is not safe to drink i got sick out drinking their water. Plus customer service is like back to the 1950s no ethics no respect they have a tendency of control via sycophantic behavior .
Customer service has always been so kind and accommodating. Was able to make payment arrangements when income was tight without a problem. They were very understanding and helpful!
So I just bought a home a few months ago and I have realized that the water company is the only bill that I pay that takes several business days to process the payment on a debit card transaction. Debit card transactions come out immediately I feel like with it being 2021 the water company should update it service and its policies and whatever else they need to update to take out payment immediately. this is a severe inconvenience to me. I want to be able to check my bank account and know how much exactly I have and not have to calculate until the water bill gets taken out. The only reason they did not get a 1 star is because the customer service is good.
Received a past due notice when I m on auto pay. Their website is the most out dated non user friendly site I have ever seen. It s almost impossible to navigate anything. A huge company like this should have their act together.
Who would turn on water to a house they don t own?! They are refusing to turn on my water to my brand new house even though I ve sent them four different forms from our closing that reflect we are the new owners.
Water service is terrible. Can't expect any less from a terrible company.
EMWD has a great team of customer service reps. Since moving to menifee I ve had to call the office a few times and have had great experiences with the staff in resolving my questions/issues. Keep up the good work.
This company is the worst neighbor possible. Previously they hauled waste from their sewer department and dumped it in the fields to their north. After complaining to them they told me it is used for mulch. SICK, real sick.
Now they are taking down the berms they had that held a lot of water. The trucks are running all day up and down Ellis and Pico and emitting a lot of dust in the air.
Their water is good but they are a terrible neighbor
