This was all-together the worse hospital emergency room visit I have ever had. I wasn't seen until several hours after triage, and there was only one other person who went to the back in that entire time period. When I was finally taken to a room I wasn't even hooked up to a monitor or seen by an emergency room physician or nurse until 58 minutes after I got to the room. When I was seen all they did was complain about other patients. I was never given a physical and the nurse made me think she hated me the entire time I was there. There was NO bedside manner and the woman was very unprofessional. She did the entire "admit" on a tiny piece of paper and I WILL be checking for accuracy on it because her questions were infantile and dismissive. While my chief complain wasn't respiratory or cardiovascular, the doctor only listened for lung sounds in one lobe and never checked my pulse of listened to my heart and that was BEFORE I was hooked up to even a pulse monitor. I was there a total of five hours and only saw the doctor twice, and I only saw the nurse three times. She never touched me to do a admission physical so if she documented anything about my physical symptoms it was an outright lie. I will NEVER go back to this hospital. This was the worse example of an emergency room I've ever seen!

I had a tkr and the nurses were absolutely awesome!! They did their best to make sure that not only was I comfortable and treated with respect and dignity but they did the same for my husband and visitors. Loved them

i came in Friday march 24,2017 was having pressure and pain in my head and couldn't hear i have been dealing with a bad sinus infection since Nov came into the ER and was treated ok til i saw i assume was a doctor not a Doctor but a PA named Carl Jackson who was rude and had it in his head i had a tumor i had a Cat -scan done and i think they only took picture of my brain not mybwhole head ..he said it was ok , so thanks for scarring the crap out of me ..they took blood my potassium was low this is not explaining to me why i have pressure and pain and can't hear myself talk ..so i was given a shot for pain , a pill for my head and potassium pills and sent home all was not help because i am right back where i started .. I felt like i was bothering him ..not happy at all and now going to have a big bill for this and it was no help at all.. 5 hours of wasted time .. very upset now having to go see a ENT .. I have been to urgent care 2 times and the ER and still right back where i was .. and people wonder why i don"t go to the doctor.. I was given 3 perscriptions , potassium, muscle relaxer and something to help me sleep ..took the potassium but the others like everything else i have taken for this useless.. so upset and still have the pressure and can't hear so can't call to complain.. will go to the new hospital next time ..
