East Side Dental Specialists Review

Hello, I scheduled an appointment about a month ago. Took a day off from work and drove 45 minutes all the way from Frankfort, NY. Once, I got here, I was told that my appointment was cancelled. I was confused because why would that be the case? I was told that maybe someone else cancelled and they put it under my name by mistake. I have come all the way here due to a tooth that needs a root canal. I was told that maybe they can squeeze me in, but then it was changed to saying that I can come next month. What a very unprofessional way to dismiss me this way. I won t be coming back unfortunately. I am very disappointed and unhappy because I have already been waiting a whole month to deal with this issue.

You can not do better than Eastside Dental!! My son just had his root canal this morning. He was very anxious and concerned with the whole process. Upon arrival the staff are very warm and welcoming and reassured us both that he was in great hands. That couldn t have been more true!! They had great conversation with him while he was being numbed for the procedure. Did an amazing job completing the root canal in around an hour or so and sent us home with follow up care. It s been 8 hours since the procedure and he s pain free with no meds! Also a very clean and well kept office! I can t say enough good things about the staff. I never write reviews, but this place is so worthy!

The place is amazing the staff is very nice made me feel so welcome. The doctor was very nice and talkative gave me options that was best for me. I would recommend this place to all my friend and family. The best experience I had in a dental office.

Excellent! This dental clinic had great staff, they were all very kind, calmed my nerves, and explained what was going on. The dentist kept checking in to make sure I was okay. He did a great job on my tooth. This place exceeded my expectations! I wish I can give them more then 5 stars

The team at East Side Dental makes getting a root canal - enjoyable! The entire staff truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Katsarsky is fantastic. He explains everything to you as he works which helps to make the process easy and pain free. Thank you all for being so friendly and making a not so ideal procedure pleasant!

The surgeon is AMAZING. Lady answering the phone, not so much. Definitely didn t make me feel like recommending anymore. I loved my experience in the past. But most recent, not the same feeling.

The office is an inviting and clean environment - from the waiting room to the dental room. Dr. Katsarsky and his team are wonderful and made me feel very comfortable from start to finish. His assistant Kiersten and receptionist Sally are professional and easy to talk to, contributing to a pleasant experience. As someone who has had a bad experience in the past with a root canal at a different office, Dr. Katsarsky made this visit and root canal anxiety free. He was very thorough to determine what the issue was. He took his time with me and walked me through the imaging and explained it in simple terms. During the root canal he explained everything that he was doing step by step and for me it was reassuring. There are only good things to say about Dr. Katsarsky and his team and I highly recommend East Side Dental Specialist.

As someone who has serious anxiety and has put off a procedure for years, Dr. Konys and his team were extremely reassuring through the process. I felt safe and comfortable going into my surgery. This practice has great options for people with dental anxieties, I felt no pain and left with no memory of the procedure and look forward to my next surgery here!

Today I had a root canal done and let me tell you if u need a root canal done this is the place to go. The team at East side dental was awesome. The worse part about the whole process was having your mouth open for so long. Its been about 10 hours later and I have no pain and I feel great. Absolutely 100% recommend
