My experience here was amazing! The wait was brief, the staff was extremely helpful and the process was seamless! It s my first time visiting this location but it definitely won t be my last. The convenience is huge!
Horrible clinic to go to for help. Thier patients and guest relations are atrocious. Been there the last 3 times in 5 yrs and it just gets worse and worse!!! Today i waited 3 hrs to be spoken to (not even seen by my doctor, yet i was dismissed!) And the reason for the long wait was the receptionist didnt come out to the hall way to call us. They expect us to have bionic hearing and respond from behind a fire proof door!....my issue will definitely need legal advice which i will get tomorrow!!
Got vaccinated here. Process was simple, it was raining so they got us inside quickly. Fill out one form, wait a couple minutes for a spot to open up.
You have to wait for 15 minutes after the shot. People are very sweet and really to the point.
Calling to make an appointment is the worse! No one picks up the phone. Only once I was able to speak to someone, was told I would get a call back to set up an appointment... never got the call. Calling there before 5PM and still no one would answer. I wish I never signed up to be in this clinic. Need to find another place to go or better yet, go to a private doctor.
The staff was very professional respectful courteous and mindful of my privacy as a senior citizen I m not used to that service from such a young friendly staff who were concerned with me and my husband s well being.
Went on January 18 for Covid vaccination. A smooth, well-run operation. I interacted with 6 of the staff and they were all friendly, polite and professional. Well done!
I took my parents to Gotham Health for both of their covid vaccines. The service both times was exceptional. The facility set proper safety precautions in place which made my parents and I feel safe. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. I was delighted to how fast and smooth the whole process was.
