Horrible bus company. They drive Valley Central now. Picked my child up a hour late (missed a hour in half of school) drop him off a hour late. Tried to call them they don't answer the phone. What a way to run a company. They suck!'

They aren't much of an employer either apparently. Saw them at a Job Fair today, and they weren't very personable. Not one person was by their table, so I went over. Wow. The HR person acted like I was bothering her, and was quite nasty. No wonder this company get such horrible reviews, on EVERY MSG BOARD. Yikes.
Friday. November 3. 2017. Bus number 195. WENT. THROUGH. The RED. LIGHTS of The SCHOOL BUS I WAS. DRIVING from another. Company. if the company or the driver. disputes this. I had a monitor on the bus and the parent saw the entire thing. I also called it over the radio so the school district heard it. Does the. driver of east end have the proper. license. because I know I do and by the way. A report of passing a stopped school bus had been sent to Albany new York.
This bus company doesn t even deserve one star. My current bus driver is absolutely awful, she speeds, passes some of our bus stops, leaves the school too early to where I have to run to my bus. Today she made eye contact with me closed the doors and started driving away, I had to yell at her to stop and she almost hit me. Another day she passed my stop dropping me off and didn t go down my block I said you passed my stop and once everyone was off the bus she yelled at me for no reason and stopped at a random street and told me to get off, so I had to walk home. A boy on my bus misses the bus stop every morning because she passes his stop without stopping. This is absolutely ridiculous, this bus driver should be fired immediately. I will call to report her everyday if I have to.
I gave them one star because zero stars was not an option Terrible company. My son has been put back on a bus this school year, that he was taken off of last year (at my request) because students spit at him hit him and they threatened him. The bus driver from last year wrote a poem That she distributed to the children on the bus and read out loud for them. The poem included children s names and little jokes about them with cursewords and inappropriate content. When brought to the supervisor Lorraines attention regarding this behavior of the bus driver I was told that she is Sorry and the driver was trying to be friends with the kids . To avoid the same problem this year I have done my best to be proactive and contact the bus company for an additional route so my son would not be subjected to the same disgusting behavior of the kids on that bus which is a special-needs bus and I was told there is nothing I can do . South country school district should be ashamed for using East End bus lines they are a disgraceful and have no consideration for the needs company. This year 2017 the bus driver was out so a sub stopped at the wrong stop up the road. I get out of my car so the driver sees me and stops at me, but he didn't stop. Drives right past me stops a house away, I start running to the bus and as I approach he pulls away. He turns down the next road, me not sure of what to do. I stay at the stop. Pick put my phone, to start calling the school, my aunt pulls up and drops off my kid to me, this mother F'er dropped my kid off on the side of the road to some lady, he had no idea who she was. Then today another sub is driving, instead of looking at the sheet while at this stop, she drives on I'm behind her now and you can see she has no idea where she's going. And instead of looking at the road she now driving and looking at the sheet for where she's going next. I now follow her, because of the bad driving. The next stop I pull my kid off the bus. So I call them, the First Lady I speak with gets me pissed, upset, angry, instead of reassuring me they will look into the matter. I hang up, call back and ask to speak with a supervisor, that B***h tells me "what do you want me to do about it" are you F***ing kidding me! Train your drivers! If they don't know were they are going look before you pull away from the stop you are at not while you are driving! Why as a parent do I have to tell you that? They tell me she's their best driver are you F***ing kidding, and she doesn't know to look before she's driving!? I am very upset with this company and will be taking this as far as it needs to go.
Horrific. Hours late for pick up. Unable to accurately tell me what time pick up is scheduled even after school has started. They promise return phone calls and never call back. Today I was put on hold for 20 minutes before they disconnected the call.
Sickening!!!!! Why wasn t surveillance checked daily. I called today and spoke to Dawn she said she can not comment on what happened. I said I hope the family sues them. Not for the money bc that s blood money but bc there needs to be something done. These three individuals need to be locked away. No plea bargain, locked away!!
I would not even give them the one star! They are transporting special needs kids and have the compassion of a rock. I have never had an issue like this before but the driver and matron on the bus are just terrible issue after issue and if you call to complain you get no where! I m going to keep complaining till I get some respect and answers to why they think they can do whatever they want!
