Will NEVER answer the phone. God forbid someone harms themselves will waiting for a phone call about medications or just trying to get help.

Dr. Fermo is the best psychiatrists in town. I would 100% recommend him for both adult and child mental health issues.

He squeezed me in for an appointment when I had been on the MUSC wist list for over a year. He understood my condition very well and got me back on the meds that I need to be a high functioning individual. He is personable, respectable, and he helped me get rid of my want to drink alcohol over ten years ago. I'm still sober because of how he taught me to help myself. I strongly recommend him to young people like myself who need someone to talk to who's on your level. He's just all around a great guy. I'm not a shill, I usually leave scathing reviews, but this guy genuinely cares about you getting better.

Dr.Fermo is very knowledgeable and a great doctor. His front office staff is terrible they never answer the phone or return phone calls and they seem to not like their jobs.
