East Coast Staffing Solutions Review

Most unprofessional place I ve ever worked in my life . First off there s no thorough or correct training they pretty much just show you on and off for a few days what to do, and then put you to work . The companies your assigned to hired for , pay way below the belt so it s difficult to find a leveled headed person for the position. The supervisor Lori Perrino Vice President is a recruiter herself who is not cut out for a supervisor position considering she can t keep recruiters employed more than 3 months there s a high turnover rate in the office and the companies they hire for . She seems so kind at first but she is not . She is a trump supporter and only likes you as long as your producing . And don t turn your back because she will talk behind it !

I applied for a job that they posted on Indeed and they called me up and had me come in for in person interview and put a in person application when I already sent a resume through Indeed and after driving in I still have not gotten no job.

Lori and everyone down at east coast staffing are exceptional ! I went by on a Friday and Lori found me work on a Wednesday , it was as easy of a process I ve ever went through. I d recommend it highly to anyone looking for work THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS AMAZING !

really gone downhill, this place is its own revolving door and the owner cant even seem to keep his own employees never mind placing temps

This is the worst agency i have ever work for.One they under pay you for what ever job the put you on,two it used to be three months as a temp and the company would bring you aboard if your a good worker.But working for eastcoast staffing its an open ended contract some of the employees ( good working people ) have told my they have be temps for up too three years at a company being a temp thru Eastcoast staffing.They lie and tell you when you ask how long before i can get hired permanently with the company they send you too,they say its up too you lol thats a joke cause Eastcoast staffing doesn't make money if the company hires you so there contracts with companys are open ended.Do not work for Eastcoast Staffing unless you want ro be a temp for the rest of your life making money for EastCoast Staffing

Staff goes above and beyond to help find you a position. pay is above minimum wage for most positions. They walk you through the entire process from creating an initial interview, resume creation, to the job placement. Timely payroll and very helpful in all aspects once on a position.
I highly recommend East Coast Staffing if you are looking for employment.

Eastcoast Staffing helped me find a job after being employed by a rude and unruly employer. Once Lori reviewed my resume and noticed all the experience I had, she eagerly found a great job for me. A few days later I was working as a temp for a great company and once their contract was up, I was taken on as a permenant employee.
