The service was exceptional and timely. East Coast was able to get a hybrid water heater installed when other companies could not. Their staff was friendly, arrived on time and were knowledgeable regarding the repair and other heating and cooling options that I discussed with them during the install. Highly recommended!

I had EAST COAST install a new furnace, humidifier, electronic air filter and wifi thermostat. They were the least expensive out of 4 companies that quoted. The employees were on time, polite, quiet as mice , fast and clean. The new system runs great and I can check it's status and make changes from anywhere on my smartphone. Not enough home town businesses left like this one.
On Monday, October 24, 2020, East Coast Mechanical, Inc. Heating and Cooling of Cheshire CT sent one of their fine mechanics, Tyler, to our home to do a yearly furnace inspection and cleaning. My husband and I have always been very impressed with the time and quality of work this company puts into their service. Today was no exception. Specifically, Tyler addressed our requests, followed up after the job with what he specifically did and gave ample proof that our heating system is running very well and safely. He is very articulate and even his handwritten itemization of tasks on the receipt is impeccable! I cannot express enough how much it means to us to know that our home heating system is safe and ready for the winter. I appreciate the wonderful professionalism from Tyler as well as the folks in the main office, who I can attest, genuinely care about the company team and their customers.
