One of the best places to deliver. Overnight parking, unloaded 3 hours ahead of appointment.

They let you stay after unloading to finish your 10 hrs. break.

Polite people. You got to slide back your tandems but if you have problem with that ( like i did) they dont make a problem and you dont have to do that.

Appt for 0400. Arrived the night before at 1900. Was given a door to back into so they can unload me in the morning. Have to slide tandems. Don't have to open doors they do that from inside. At 0410 was brought my signed paperwork. Has overnight parking. Bathrooms in the receiving office and vending machines. Friendly staff. Paid parking truck stop half mile down the road. Only accept delivers from 0400-1145

The jerk yard jocky needs to mind his own business trying to tell me how to do my job and that I can't use the restroom while my team driver backs in.

People are nice . If you arrived early , like a day early , they will assign you a door . They will unload by 5 am, when done , you can stay on the premises, they have drivers lounge, vending machines .. nice place ..

I awlays like coming here. Staff is nice and very informative. If you arrive after 1700, they will assign you a door in which they will have you back up but dont brake your seal. They open it from the inside. Once the lumpers go in at 0400 they start working on the trucks. Then someone will come out ans knock on your door to give you your paper work then you can move to a designated spot they have if you have yet to complete your 10. There is a TS near by but they charge to park and its almost alway full.

In and out nice guys there. Don't cut your seal and tandems to the rear. They cut your seal and open your doors from the inside.

Arrived a little be before appointment time and loaded in less than an hour. Not sure about overnight parking for common carriers as there s a guard shack to check into before getting on property.

Smooth as heck over here. In and out, extremely well organized. They even have a bathroom

Loved my first time here, check in was fast. People are polite, it took no time at all to get unloaded. I will be looking forward to comming back here.

Open 24/7 but they only do major loading/unloading from 0500-1600 CST.

This place is THE place to unload in the area. Friendly people, fast paced, but yet small town security. They let me stay overnight in the dock, and when they were done unloading the nice warehouse man brought out the bill so I didn't have to go to the office. Nothing like getting to be lazy when it's the right thing to do! I would gladly deliver here in the future.

Very nice people, good company, overnight parking. Checked in 10:00 pm, parked in dock and they unloaded me in the morning, appt next day 11:30 am, they knocked in door at 10:30 am with paperwork, allowed to park on their site and wait for next load. Restroom in receiving office 24/24

Loving this place. I came here around 3pm yesterday and my appointment wasn t until 5am today. They allow overnight parking and are just so nice and friendly about it. The guy who checked me in was very polite and helpful. Told me how they have vending machines and bathrooms you can use all night. And I like how they separate the bathrooms and have one for men and then one for women. And the women restroom was so clean. Not only that he gave me a dock door and said they will start unloading around 5am and once your light turns green go in and get the paperwork. Didn t need to open the door or even break the seal. They do it all from inside the building. And for the icing on the cake, they are pet friendly. They have a poop bag area for the dogs. So there is no reason y all shouldn t b picking up the poop. Be respectful my fellow truckers and don t mess a good place like this up. PLEASE DONT!!! I can t wait to come back and I wish other warehouses were like this as well.

Appointment at 5:00am, arrived at 19:45, got a door and went to sleep. They started unloading after 4:00am, at 5:40 was empty.

Good place to deliver. Quick and efficient! They do have overnight parking.

These people dont play around 5 star warehousing/distribution service.

I can give them a great rating. My delivery had to be rescheduled 2 because of the weather and I arrived on a Saturday a little early but it wasn't busy, done the usual check-in, slide tandems before you go thru the gate-get on door and choke tires. It doesn't take long to be unloaded when you see the green light go get bills and rolled out toward from you have to sign out before they let you go. It seems you can rest there which any customer that allows that for Us is Awesomeness.

Receiving hours are 0500 to 1245. Overnight parking on property with restrooms, vending machines and mints! Quick unload!

Very nice guys and friendly Company my appointment was 5:00 am Monday and I arrived 3:00 pm Sunday afternoon and they gave me overnight parking with delivery dock in the morning and u don t need to open your trailer doors cos they open inside to the dock thanks again guys

Friendly, and courteous staff. I got backed in and unloaded in a very timely manner. Staff was helpful. Seems like a well-run operation.

My apt was 11:45am next day, I come here before midnight they let me in and put in dock was empty 7am !

Great place.. the staff were friendly and allowed me to park there until I had hours back to drive. I wish my other customers who I deliver to would be that accommodating.

One of the best I ever delivered before !! Nice and polite,very fast unloading,they took me at 11 pm and my app were 8 am next day.they let me stay on their property how much I wanted,to do my 10 hours.

They have night parking. App at 5:00 am I made the check 21:00 they gave me the door once I parked and in the morning at 8:00 I was empty.

They had parking for ten he break,that was the only plus to my experience. Seemed very disorganized. Like most other shippers/cold storages not efficient

I love coming here! Sometimes the unload can be a little slow.. but once they start on you, they get ya done pretty quick. Overnight parking available. Lots of room to dock and staff members are friendly. With my company loads, they allow us to deliver up to 12 hours early. They open, break seals and close trailer doors from inside the building. No complaints at all.

These people should own and operate all distribution centers across the country. Great place to deliver.

This is the best place I have visited to make a delivery, pick up the papers in front, and if it is not your appointment time they give you a door if it is available, when they touch the truck they end up very fast and the papers tempo very fast in dartelos, and let you sleep the 10 hours in the place, you do not have to have the doors of the trailer, since they open them inside,

This place is huge ample room to maneuver your truck to any door. Check-in was super simple however it did take them a lil bit of time to unload me. It is really easy to find, the gps takes you right to the gate. Everyone was really professional.

My appointment was for 10 am Monday morning i showed up Sunday night after calling and the night dispatcher told me to come and get checked in and he would assign me a door. After i took my 10 hour break i was empty and on my way out. Why can't all the other grocery warehouses be so nice to deliver to? Brian Bentley KLLM transport.

Todays truck #114 BLOCKED every handicapped parking space and handicapped sidewalk accesses! This happened at the Joplin, Mo McDonald's located at 12th & Rangeline. My visit was at 2:10pm and they were just finishing the delivery.
When I asked the driver "why he blocked every handicapped access"? He replied I was just doing as I was told! Common sence tells you not to do it. I informed him he needed to return the missed call from his dispatcher because they had called him in reguards to his parking.

They were great and even let me park there to get my break in

Awesome place!! Showed up @6:30 am for a 8:00am appointment. Was unloaded @7:20am. Plenty of room for a truck to maneuver in and out dock doors.
When you arrive slide tandems to the back. Take paperwork inside and sign in. They will give you a door. DO NOT OPEN YOUR DOORS, back in with doors closed. Take paperwork inside. They will bring paperwork to you once unloaded. Stop at gate and sign out.

When a shipper or receiver has a 4.5+ rating in the trucking industry, its rare. Well, this place is rare. Overnight parking in a door, unloaded 45min before my appt time. Restrooms and vending machines 24 hours. And you can park after to finish your break. This place values truck drivers and it shows. Keep it up yall.

These people are always good to me. Reasonable times and overnight parking. Can't complain.

This is the best place to deliver to for a driver! The people are nice from the time you get there till you leave. The unloading is quick appt was for 9am they unloaded me at 4:30am. Overnight parking is available and access to the restroom at night. They have free public wifi. If you have a dog there is a area for that with the poop bags. There is no smoking on the property! So drivers be respectful and don t mess this up we need more customers like this in the industry.

Arrive @730pm for 5am appointment. They took me in gave me a door and told me to stay there until the unloading me in the morning. Has restrooms also. So you can arrive early and after I unloaded I rested another 2 hours of to the side with no problems GREAT PEOPLE
