I ve been living in the pointe for 5 months now, and I would not recommend these apartments to my worse enemy. Reasonable prices but you get what you pay for. Every month something needs fixing, they have cockroaches extremely bad I have also seen maggots on the kitchen floor several of times. They come spray for cockroaches but it seems as though that makes them multiply even more. Can t cook anything because once you do roaches comes from everywhere have even seen some in the refrigerator and freezer. Roaches are into everything it s very nasty and degrading. I ve also seen cockroaches outside on the property crawling around. These apartments has a HUGE bug problem and should be shut down.. water pressure is very low electric bill is extremely high in the summer. In the summer the bedroom gets cold but the living area doesn t. Very cheap paint looks like the ceiling over the shower is gonna collapse at any moment. Was told the carpet was still semi new, and that they had cleaned it which was a lie because the carpet was blackish when it s suppose to be brown when I vacuum the carpet comes up as well in you can see roaches underneath it. If u have no other choice n looking for a fast place to live then these apartments are for u. But if you have options please DO NOT apply! Horrible place to stay.. but overall management is very polite and reasonable .

WARNING!!!!! STAY AWAY! They are the worst leasing company. If you got a deposit and renting from Pointe Property Management, say good bye to it cause they will end up keeping it. We had to wait 2 1/2 months until we got a letter from them about our deposit. The letter was bull crap cause we left the home in good condition. We were out $500 plus $350!!! We called numerous times but never got any where until I sent them a demand deposit letter. I did talk to the new manager Ashley, well don't believe her cause she will lie to your face!!! If your renting with them now, remember to send a demand deposit letter along with your moving out letter cause they will give you the runarounds. And take pictures to prove the judge that the home was in good conditions. We never had a problem with other managements until now...We will never rent from them!!!

If you have problems in getting your deposit back you could call the Metropolitan Fair Housing at 232-3247. And they will walk you through in getting your deposit back.

I have been with these guys for a few years they have always been great with me and some office people change but the owner is always good. I m. It one those tenets that calls for every little thing. They have always been really good and will continue to stay with them. There s times I m out state and have to wait until I get back but I call and they are great it s called communication that s all they ask. Great people great service.

Have heard nothing but positive things about this place.

So it sounds like they ve gotten more professional per Camerons review and the response by the new owner/management. Makes my experience kind of moot since I rented one of their homes about 2-3 years ago.

My experience was definitely closer to the other reviews on regards to being cheated out of my deposit.

So when I first started with Pointe, I would've given them a 2* rating.
I don't know if it's the new management or personnel working but they've really turned it around. Recently left their rental home due to a move, but I really gotta say they've stepped it up. Fast and courteous service and when I requested my deposit back, I got most of it back minus some minor things I knew about. Can't say anything bad about em now. Thanks!

*Disclosure, I kept the house darn near immaculate while I was there. It just needed cleaned due to my poor planning. So I'm not saying that everyone will get their deposit back.

Management was always trying to evict me for ridiculous stuff!
