Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa Reviews

I recently had my wedding at Eagle ridge and overall it went very smooth! Maggie the wedding manager here really pulled strings and pulled her weight where it did lack in the prior months following up to our date. There wasn't good clear communication between 6-2 months out. Once you book you really don't hear from Eagle Ridge, the wedding however was beautiful and her team made my vision come to life. They were very detailed orientated which myself and family appreciated. The rooms for my guests and houses included were wonderful, the grounds were cleaned and put together for our weekend. The food was amazing all of our guests raved about it. However I do believe Eagle ridge is a bit pricey especially how older most things are within the building itself for example the carpet in the ballroom and throughout the entire resort should be removed, especially in the ballroom itself. It they updated this and lowered the price it would be more comparable amongst other wedding venues.

Fantastic place most beautiful golf course I ve ever seen. We had a charity tournament there and the staff was great of course was great and the cookout was great. How can you beat for kind of pie? I would recommend the golf course for catering restaurant I don t think you can do better in the area in fact I know you can t

Food not great, service par to sub par for the course. Staff not helpful. Pool, sauna, steam room, showers, locker room, game room all run down and dingy. Looks like a great place...30 years ago...needs a lot of work

The resort and restaurant were awesome! We had dinner on Friday night and the fish was delicious. The only problem we had was our rental property. The beds were terrible, none of us got a good night sleep the whole weekend. My husband even went on the couch to get some sleep. The beds upstairs had no box spring, just a mattress on the bed frame. 601 please get some new beds!!

Great place to unwind and be with close ones. Eva is spectacular and goes beyond people service. The grounds are well laid out and there is always a ton to do. Love booking rentals here and enjoying the amenities at the main lodge (etc, pool, sauna, restaurant, bar, gym, tennis courts, trails, etc.).

The restaurant at the resort was very nice. Delicious loaded potato soup and the Reuben was delicious.

Great place. We have been here many times and just love it. Staff is amazing and it's a beautiful resort!!

Our stay at Eagle Ridge Inn and Resort included exceptional service. Janice, at registration, literally went above and beyond to provide us with every convenience. When I came in looking for stamps, Janice literally dug into her personal belongings to accommodate me. So grateful! Loved the Beef Wellington appetizer in the lounge and washed it down with a wonderfully prepared Maker's Mark Manhattan. We enjoyed the pontoon boat and the friendly, thorough service we received from Stacey (?). She was sure to fill the gas tank prior to our departure. The one bed room Villa had plenty of firewood to enjoy the fireplace! Returning to the inn again soon! Thank you!

Loved the service. Very friendly and helpful. We didn't stay there but went in the restaurant.
