Todd, the manager, was most helpful accommodating us after our reservations were cancelled unexpectingly by another local hotel. Todd was sure to give us the best rate he could and being a walk-in this was so appreciated. I have stayed at this hotel twice in recent months. Both times have been great. Dog friendly hotel in beautiful Eagle only a short drive from world class skiing. Will be back time and time again!

Eagle Lodge & Suites
The rooms were very clean and nice, very great staff, polite and caring. The front desk lady Danielle was VERY polite and professional. Would definitely book another stay there whenever I have to go to Eagle again.
We arrived late and check-in was fast and simple. The staff was very accommodating to my family and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Great Stay! Thanks for making our travels safe and friendly.
The property was fine. Clean and kept up. It's a Best Western, so nothing fancy in the rooms but that's fine. During Covid, they kept the pool locked and you had to request access. Which was fine but then when they let us in, the front desk staff did not say we needed to request towels. When I saw there were no towels and requested some (other guests told us we had to request them from the front desk) they yelled at me. Front desk staff was just sad and grumpy which made our short stay unpleasant.
Hotel appearance, room and to go breakfast were OK. We had a free night voucher which was processed and confirmed at check in. When we went down to ask about the pool, and they caught us and said the voucher wasn t going through and they d need to put a hold for the full amount. I said OK and I called the 800 number on the voucher (why didn t they call their own corporate number for the customer?). The corporate had to call back to this Best Western and then magically the voucher number worked. The woman at the corporate Best Western Reward line was calm, professional, and resolved the issue. She said they typed it in wrong. The room was average style BW style room. It had a large open bottom floor with microwave/mini fridge and sink. There was an upstairs which had the king bed and a 2nd bathroom. The heater upstairs did not work. So, we originally went down to ask about the pool which closed in 30 min. OK no problem we ll use the hot tub real quick. The girl was extremely confusing first she said the pool is full, then said I can look at it, then said if I want to use it but there s a bunch of kids in there. I just said OK never mind and went back to my room. We went back down in about an hour to get coffee. We poured coffee and I tried to open where the milk/creamer was, but it was locked. I guess we were loud, and a woman came over (manager?) and kind of glared at us from the side. She finally said, Are you finding everything okay? I said yes just getting coffee and she replied, Oh it seems like your wife is mad. Okay that s extremely rude but I diffuse her situation and reply with generic Yeah I thought I could use the milk in the fridge for coffee, but it was locked. She goes into a side room and gives me a full 12oz bottle of milk and says, is this enough? . I just needed 2 or 3 of those tiny creamer containers. We realize she is hiding behind the corner, so we are quiet and finish quickly. We felt like little kids that found some cookies but are being scolded by an adult. Very odd and awkward situation.
Still have an issue regards to my rewards, none of my stays show up according to front desk. Always stay with Best Western Plus or Best Western Premier.
Had a great visit here. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Hotel is pet friendly too.
Beautiful property and great staff! We booked through a third party site. When we got here, our room type had been over sold, so they upgraded us to a suite. They were even nice enough to look up open places to eat since we arrived later at night. Great place to stay!

We intended on only staying a couple nights. The front desk attendant Danielle went above and beyond to make sure we were well accommodated despite booking last minute. After some last minute car trouble, she also helped us book a shuttle to get everything we needed and get back on the road. Phenomenal service.
