Its kind of fraud, I got diagnosed with Leukemia and have been hospitalized around 2 years , I don't know how the system works when i was sick i couldn't take care of few bills from EA health group,after 1 year I got little recovered then i started followed up my primary Insurance UHC and Secondary MediCal ,they inform me UHC requested some details from EA health group but they didn't return back and MediCal said they haven't even submitted bills after 100 calls/followups I got to know that they don't have my Secondary Insurance MediCal information and they ask me to approach the San Diego County to submit Form M-180 (which is MediCal agreed that its mistake from them their end they can reconsider the case/bill and asking to submit again) bu as they never get the bills in first time so they didn't agree but MediCal officer understand my situation kind enough to submit my pending bills,but EA health can not submit because their system wont agree as its been more than 1 year and my primary health care said they closed the 2015 year bills.
MediCal case manager provided me my 'Share of cost' amount which is 2461$ for month of April 2015,I paid amount and informed same to EA health group people,initially Roberta agreed that i am eligible to recall the bills, I was so happy after 200 hours continuous followups IT GOT PAID OFF.
Initially she(Ea Healt manager) said they already recalled from collection agency PMS But it's not true i checked with them they said its on hold they are reviewing my accounts i dont know why it 2 months to review its quite and clear that I paid my deductible amount and they didn't submit on time finally they are saying it is patient responsibility
They are lyers and scam artist they told me they would look into my charges and why the are double charging me for the same thing my surgeon charged me for and it's been almost 2 weeks and still haven't heard anything from them . Thief's
they are scam artist they are trying and have sent a $3000.00 dollar debt. to my credit for a charge my doctor already charge me for i call my doctor and he said he doesn't know who they are i am reporting them to the BBB and the attorney general office and who ever else this is so messed up i got hit by a car. this wasn't even my fault i got hit by a car and woke up to all of this being done to me and i don't remember giving anyone authorization to do anything SCAM SCAM ARTIST
